What makes this property unique
Thermostat: You will find the thermostat on the wall to the right of the stairs on the first floor.
Toilets: Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There’s a silver trash bin for everything else.
Kitchen items: Dishes and cups can be found in the upper cabinets on either side of the sink. Silverware is in the drawer on the right side of the oven, and pots and pans are in the cabinets on the bottom to the left of the oven. Feel free to use any of these items as needed to prepare your delicious meals. There are a variety of other miscellaneous items that you may need during your stay in located in various drawers in the kitchen.
TV/Soundbar: There is only one TV remote control out on the ottoman. The remote should say ROKU on it. The home does not have satellite TV channels or cable. Streaming services are available; Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Paramount+, Disney+, etc. After pressing the power button, press the arrow button followed by the button that looks like a house, and your options will appear.
Electric Fireplace: Press the power button and enjoy (also emits heat during the winter months).
Fire Extinguishers/First Aid Kit: There are two fire extinguishers. One is located under the kitchen sink and the other is located under the sink in the hallway to the back door next to the washing machine. The first aid kit is in the master bathroom closet.
Firepit: Located next to the trash can in the rear of the house. Please move the firepit a safe distance away from the home before use. Wood logs are provided and stacked near the back door. Additionally, there are starter logs under the sink in the hallway next to the washing machine.
Dining Room Table: Located to the right of the kitchen sink. A fold-down table that will appear to look like a counsel can be opened up for additional dining space. There are 4 chairs hidden in a compartment beneath the tabletop.
