Inviting living room with fireplace, small game room with chess table, full dining area, kitchen with dishwasher. Porch that wraps around the front of the home with a front porch swing. Flat screen smart tvs mounted in every bedroom, also living room and game room. Fully updated kitchen with dishwasher and espresso maker included. Patio and small back yard area that includes smokeless fire pit and Adirondack chairs, corn hole set, and bikes. Carport allows 2 cars in driveway. Home protected by Simply Safe alarm.

2 block walk from a beautiful Riverwalk Park, and 3 block walk from downtown Niles, which has charming restaurants, tea and coffee shops, and antique stores.

15 min drive from Notre Dame and South Bend area.
