Inviting living room with fireplace, small game room with chess table, full dining area, kitchen with dishwasher. Porch that wraps around the front of the home with a front porch swing. Flat screen smart tvs mounted in every bedroom, also living room and game room. Fully updated kitchen with dishwasher and espresso maker included. Patio and small back yard area that includes smokeless fire pit and Adirondack chairs, corn hole set, and bikes. Carport allows 2 cars in driveway. Home protected by Simply Safe alarm.

ND weekend

The place was perfect! Clean and a great kitchen area…kureg with cups waiting. Very nice area to watch TV. Really clean and the host/owner was great with information prior to our arrival. Very close to downtown which has a brewery and distillery. Grocery store a few minutes away. Easy 20 minute drive to ND campus. Highly recommend! Scott

Relaxing and Inviting

My family and I needed a place to stay overnight after attending a wedding at Notre Dame. We were able to check in after the ceremony and relax, take our shoes off, and have some snacks before returning for the reception. This property is in a quiet neighborhood and was the perfect place for us. It was a short 25 minutes drive to the Palais Royal in South Bend. After the reception we came back and stayed over until checkout in the next morning. The house is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. We wish we had more time to spend. We would have enjoyed the patio, fire pit and wrap around porch. We definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
