The condo is in the Las Palmas neighborhood; a community of condo complexes along the beach in Playas del Coco. The entrance to Las Palmas is flanked by two large plazas which are home to a small grocery store, many restaurants, a coffee shop, and day spas. The area is a mix of full-time ex-pats, vacationers, and locals. It has awesome walkability and you can easily get to the beach and to town.

Coco is very walkable and guests can easily travel on foot, by gas golf cart, or car. There is free parking right at the condo.
