Ferienwohnung wie man sie sich wünscht!

Die Beschreibung im Internet entspricht zu 100% den wahren Gegebenheiten. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die sehr nah am Strand und einer schönen langen Promenade und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Lage liegt. Wir können die wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Notre meilleur séjour !

Un séjour somptueux grâce à un herbegement fabuleux. Propreté des lieux, des accessoires de cuisine, du linge de lit... tout etait parfait et propre. Une double climatisations très performantes. Un propriétaire qui répond plus rapidement que la lumiere lors de nos moindres sollicitations par message. Une résidence calme à quelques pas d'une superbe plage très familiale. Une piscine constamment propre grâce à un superbe système de filtration et de pompes. Et les commodités autour d'Hospitalet sont toutes à proximité de la résidence (pas besoin d'utiliser son véhicule pour aller au restaurant ou faire quelques achats grâce à un Spar à 5 minutes à pied) Nous souhaitons d'ores et déjà y retourner l'été prochain.

Sejour à L'hospitalet 2023

Un charmant appartement dans une résidence sympathique avec piscine. Non loin de la plage et du centre ville. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 15jours. Je recommande le restaurant gastronomique sur la plage (Demar), prenez votre voiture et vous êtes à deux pas de tarragone, salou et Barcelone. Bref plein de choses à faire dans les alentours. Un excellent voyage en résumé. Spéciale dédicace à l'agence pour ses attentions et sa réactivité.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Das Kinderzimmer mit dem Stockbett ist klein -so wie man es auch am Foto sieht. Die Matratzen sind bequem und ich denke zum Übernachten im Urlaub ist es ok. Gracias por tu calificación La habitación de los niños con litera es pequeña como se puede ver en la foto. los colchones son cómodos y creo que pasar la noche de vacaciones está bien.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit TOP Lage

Wir waren in der Wohnung mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kids (16 u. 18). Die Wohnung war wie angegeben sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Waschmaschine war top. Mit den Rollos konnte man die Wohnung tagsüber abdunkeln. Zu unserer Zeit war es sehr heiß. Hätten die Klimaanlage mitbuchen sollen (als Tipp). Die Vermieterin ist außerordentlich nett und stand uns mit Tipps und Auskünften zur Verfügung. Die Nähe der Wohnung zum Strand ist erstklassig. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Parken war auch kein Problem. Es war vor dem Haus immer was frei. Wir haben einige Orte in der Umgebung besichtigt und sind zum Ergebnis gekommen, dass wir den besten Strand hatten. Er war NIE überlaufen wie in den Touristen-Hochburgen. Teilweise waren wir nachmittags an unserem Abschnitt fast alleine im Wasser. Auch in der Umgebung kann man einiges Unternehmen. Wir waren 2mal in Barcelona, Berg Montserrat und sonstige Unternehmen. Der Freizeitpark Port Aventura ist ein MUSS für Adrenalinjunkies. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr ruhige und saubere Anlage und Wohnung

Die Anlage und Wohnung ist am Ortsrand des historischen Kleinstädtchens Hospitalet gelegen und dennoch zentral. Zum Strand (sauber) sind es cirka 100 m, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns waren die Waschmaschine und Staubsauger wichtig, gekocht haben wir nicht, da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren. Ausflugstipps: Das bergige Hinterland mit seinen vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten: Burg Miravet am oberen Ebro (alte Templerburg), Castell Monestir de Sant Miquel, Kloster Poblet, die Städte Montblanc, Tortosa (Kathedrale), Reus und 100 km südlich die Burganlage von Peniscola. Für "km-Faule" gibt es natürlich auch am Standort vieles zu entdecken. Im Juni 2009 wurde 3 Gehminuten vom Haus ein tolles Hallenbad eröffnet (mit 2 Innenbecken, einem Außenbecken, Fitnessgeräten und vielem mehr). Bei nicht so gutem Wetter kann man sich hier von 8.00 - 22.00 Uhr die Zeit vertreiben. Ebenfalls direkt dabei sind die Tennisplätze. Allem in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und korrekt, alles hat ohne Komplikationen geklappt. Immer wieder!

Wunderschöner, sehr erholsamer Badeurlaub m. Fam.

Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit den Dingen, die man wirklich braucht, vor allem mit Waschmaschine. Mit den Rolladen ist es möglich gut abzudunkeln und auch die Hitze fernzuhalten. Der Balkon ist ein zusätzliches Wohnzimmer bzw. Esszimmer. Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Ortsrand. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Anlage und natürlich auch die Wohnung sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Für Kinder ist der Sandstrand herrlich und bietet auch die Möglickeit lange Spaziergänge an der Promenade zu machen. Die Gastronomie der Umgebung bietet eine Vielfalt und tolle Qualität, sowie Ambiente.

Wir waren im Juli 2008 in der oben genannten Ferienwohnug. Die Ferienwohnung hat unseren Ewartungen voll und ganz getroffen.Die Innenausstattung unde Aussenbereich waren sehr geplegt und sauber.Klimanlage nach Anfrage buchbar.Der Vermieter hat uns über die Anlage gut informiert, und alle Vereinbarungen wurden ohne weiteren eingehalten.Der Strand war langläufig und nicht überfüllt,es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe leicht zu Fuß begehbar. Mehrere Lokals und Bars sind auch in der nähe ,sowie Wasser und Sportmöglichkeiten(z.B. Banannaboot, Tennis-Fußballplatz,Wasserski usw). Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, und jedem weiterempfehlen.
