PLAYA MONTROIG House next to the Sea with Sea and Mountain views and swimming pool
We are fluent in French.
The house has a pretty garden with private swimming pool (above ground swimming pool therefore maximum security for young children) and barbecue, Private and closed parking. Upstairs covered gallery with sea view. Close to the fine sand beaches and the mountain. No need to take the car either to go to the beach or to do the daily shopping. Close to the city center, natural environment.
Very good orientation, very nice views.
Recent construction, ideally located, all comfort, careful decoration, decreasing rates depending on the duration.

House of recent construction located in a very quiet residential area. Close to cultural and recreational centers of interest: Roman World Heritage, wines and cavas, famous Port Aventura theme park, Casino, Night outings at nightclubs in Salou. Perfect place for sports activities such as mountain bike or quad excursions. Ideal holidays with family or friends. Alarm. Possibility of air conditioning.
