Quiet home with spectacular views. Only 30 mins to downtown Durango, CO and 10 mins to Aztec. Perfect place to explore the best the four corners region has to offer. Explore Mesa Verde and the Aztec Ruins. Navajo Dam is a short drive away, as is fishing in the famous San Juan River. Relax in the hot tub after a day skiing Purgatory or hiking/biking in the high desert landscape. Bring the family and friends for a relaxing get away and see why they call New Mexico the Land of Enchantment.

Just perfect, 3 bedroom, 2 bath single story home. Warm and inviting main living room/parlor with pellet stove. The house also has a great room with a pool table and plenty of room to relax. Three spacious bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink in the gazebo which is just a few steps away from the back deck and enjoy the amazing views.
