Northern New Mexico Home Perfectly Located!

Home is located in a great neighborhood, just 30 minutes from Durango, Colorado, 20 minutes from Navajo Lake State Park & 15 minutes from Farmington. Home is kid and pet friendly. Boat parking and washing are available on the North side of the home. The backyard is fenced with a covered patio. New Mexico has some of the most beautiful sunsets. Enjoy relaxing on the patio as you watch the sunset for the day.
The neighborhood is also kid and pet friendly. The neighborhood is great for walking or jogging with the elevation change in the neighborhood. Tiger Park is located just behind the neighborhood to the east. It has a stocked pond, dog park and frisbee golf course.
The Aztec Ruins are 5 minutes from the home. The San Juan and La Plata Rivers flow through the area. Quick access to mountain biking and ATV trails. Welcome to New Mexico! Relax and Enjoy.

Such a wonderful home. Very spacious and we'll laid out. It's really hard to travel with kids, so It was great! Lots of room, lots of seating, big soft beds, storage and big backyard. Very clean, sweet neighbors! Felt incredibly safe, and kids loved the neighborhood decorations for Christmas

Lovely home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Spacious, and the dogs (Wisconsin born and raised) appreciated the grass in the backyard. Incredibly comfortable bed, and one of the best equipped kitchens of any vacation rental we've stayed in over the years. Looking forward to staying again next time we visit family in the area!

This neighborhood is super quiet! The house was spotless. The use of the garage made it super easy for unpacking and packing back up and keeping the vehicle out of the weather. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking you would want to do. The bathrooms were very well equipped with toiletries and fluffy towels. The beds are very firm and made up with very soft sheets, blankets and comforters. We definitely appreciated the perfume free and dye free laundry detergent, kitchen dish soap and all hand cleaner soaps! The outdoor patio looked very inviting but the weather was a bit too chilly to use it We appreciated an early check-in time upon our request! The owners obviously take care of this rental home. Definitely would highly recommend and would stay here again if in the area!

Wedding weekend in Aztec

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Aztec home…had everything we needed for meals and making ourselves feel at home. Location was perfect and backyard gave our pups a place to play! Plus, close to mountain biking, hiking, ruins, the river and so much more! Would definitely stay here again!
