This house was absolutely perfect! Perfect for the space we needed, perfect location (quiet area off Mainstreet but close enough to it), perfect cleanliness (and I’m definitely a stickler for that), the outside front yard was very cute and the blooming flowers were beautiful (great spot for my morning coffee) and perfect communication with the owners…including the check-in and check-out process. We would return to this location 100%!! Thank you for helping us have a great stay experience for our son’s wedding!

Cute Home

Cute home, well furnished. The Host was very kind and quick to respond. Be aware the “A/C” is a swamp cooler not central A/C. I gave it 3 stars due to A/C issues and the floor coverings in three rooms, which are extremely coarse and the debris clung to all clothing and bedding.

Stayed in house for 5 nights in June 2025. House was in excellent condition and had everything we needed for the stay, minus a cookie sheet :-(. Communications with the host was excellent and prompt. Was on a quiet street one block off Main, and within walking distance (5 minutes) of downtown Aztec, the park, and the local grocery store. Easy access to the main highway going to Farmington and Durango. Would recommend for anyone who needed to stay in Aztec and wanted a quiet and comfortable place to stay.
