Bright and spacious home, situated a short walk from the Beach and Jenkinson's Boardwalk. This home offers the perfect combination of convenience and living space, with pool and proximity to beach and restaurants. Tremendous open living space with additional separate living room, 8 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a heated saltwater pool and Weber gas grill make this is the prefect place to get together with friends or family. Restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets and the like are all within a short walk. Driveway easily fits 5 cars, and street parking is available. Perfect chance to enjoy the beach and all that the Point Pleasant and the Jersey Shore have to offer.

*May 15th-September 30th minimum stay of 7 day
*September 30th-May 15th minimum of monthly stays
*Pool is open May through September.
*Memorial Day-Labor Day require weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.

Great house for a stay with extended family

The house was in an excellent location, about a ten minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. We were 4 families with kids and there was plenty of space to spread out. The pool was great and communication with the owner seamless. Would definitely return.

Awesome stay.

Rented this property for my wedding weekend to host myself and my groomsmen. It slept everyone comfortably. Property was very clean and organized and very spacious! Awesome pool in the back and very close to the beach. Property manager was super easy to communicate with and get a hold of which I didn’t need to much because everything was perfect!

Family Beach Vacation

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, spacious, beautiful and has a great pool for the kids. The open layout was amazing to be able to have everyone spend quality time together and the host was very accommodating with quick communication. The location you also cannot beat with walking distance to the Pt. Pleasant boardwalk, ice cream shop and numerous restaurants. This was the perfect stay for me and my family to create memories with the kids playing games and staying together. I would recommend this to anyone!

Great spot for larger groups

We recently used this house as a base of operations for a bachelor party and it was great! Multiple bedrooms that fit our group well, a great kitchen for meals, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice heated pool with a great setup. Location was great as well with good restaurants within walking distance as well as the boardwalk.The house is very no-frills, but if you care about functionality, cleanliness, space, and location more than interior design, I would highly recommend this property.Pam was very responsive and worked through everything we needed. All in all, a great experience!

Beautiful house! Walking distance to beach/restaurants!

House is very large and accommodating. Very updated appliances/furniture etc. Plenty of room in the back to relax after a day at the beach. Check in was a bit clunky but we also did ask to check in earlier then the normal 3PM. I am sure if we waited until the approved time it would have been fine. We have a 3 year old so it’s not easy telling him to wait :) good news is there is ice cream close by! Very clean property!
