The condo itself was clean and worked great for our family. Basic cleaning supplies had to be purchased just to help reduce sand mess etc which spending the week. We did experience a water leak in one of the bathrooms, the property manager did send a plumber however he arrived after 9pm, (which was inconvenient due having small children staying in the room in which the bathroom that needed to be fixed were in). The plumber turned off the water and then never returned for the entirety of the week. The property itself offered several pools which were nice, heated however there was a significant lack of property management present. We observed daily that the general public (not staying at the property) would walk into the outdoor pool from the road and beach to access the pools. I even encountered five boys under the age of 13 in the elevator that admitted they were just walking around the building and were not staying there. Additionally many guests appeared to bring additionally family member for the day to swim in the pools, these guests were often playing loud ( not family friendly ) music even in the inside pool which was extremely load and negatively impacted the use of that pool at times. This location has taught us a lesson on staying south of the boardwalk.

Perfect location on the beach!

This condo is within walking distance of the boardwalk, ice cream shops, restaurants and the beach is right outside. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and of course the wonderful balcony. We loved being on the top floor! We would love to stay here again!

Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
