Appartement agréable dans un quartier animé

Propre et agréable, on s'est senti comme à la maison.Le quartier est super sympa pour sortir boire ou manger.Nous sommes venus en train et le service de bus de la HVV est vraiment performant.

Pleasant, central neighborhood near good cafes, restaurants and groceries. Roomy and mostly quiet except for loud automatic bathroom fan and some noise outside the other bedroom. A few kitchen staples could not be found such as sugar and maybe salt and pepper. Towel and face cloth selection for 4 persons on a 2 night stay was a bit slim . A successful stay .

Tolle Wohnung in Hamburg

Die Wohnung macht genau den sehr guten Eindruck wie im Internet beschrieben. Sehr großzügig, sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Sehr empfehlenswert! Auch verkehrstechnisch alles gut erreichbar.

Clean, great location!

Great place for a small family to stay with easy access to all kinds of amenities and interests. The only difficulty was translating the checkin process to English, but we got some help and smooth sailing from there!

Easter Football Trip

A group of friends annual football trip found this excellent property. It is situated in an ideal location with numerous places to eat and drink. Transport from the airport in a taxi cost 30€ and took about 10 to 15 minutes. Taxi/Uber drivers think they are piloting rockets, the speed at times was edge of the seat hold on tight nervy. The outside space at the property is functional for a quick drink or smoke.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage.

Wir haben ein angenehmes Wochenende in Hamburg verbracht. Die Wohnung ist völlig in Ordnung. Leider nur ein Bad, was bei der Maximalbelegung eine kleine Herausforderung mit sich bringen kann. Wir waren zu fünft und konnten uns gut arrangieren. Das Burger-Restaurant auf der anderen Straßenseite ist eine absolute Empfehlung, wenn man Burger mag.

Freundinnen Wochenende

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden. Alles wie beschrieben. Lage mit Auto ideal. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz unbedingt zu buchen. Ideale kleine Einkaufsstraße, Kokon oder auch Second Hand Laden.... Bäcker 7 min. entfernt zu Fuß. 💃

Sauber jedoch Schönheitsreparaturen erforderlich

Die Wohnung ist gut und sauber und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Jedoch sind wir schon in den anderen Rezessionen dringend ein paar Reperaturen notwendig. z.B. Lampen ersetzten da nicht alle funktionieren, Schlafzimmertür schleift am Boden, Kunstlederbezug dee Stühle fällt ab, Fliese im Bad/Toilette fällt weg. Steckdose hängt raus.

Wohnung mit toller Lage und notwendigen Schönheitsreparaturen

Die saubere und für zeitweise fünf Personen geräumige Wohnung befindet sich in toller Lage in Winterhude. Fußläufig sind Geschäfte, Restaurant und Cafés gut zu erreichen. Das Zentrum kann mit dem Bus in ca. 20 Minuten erreicht werden, die Außenalster ist einen knappen Kilometer entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und geht zu einem ruhigen Hinterhof, die Terrasse gleicht eher einer Rampe ohne Geländer mit Blick auf parkende Autos und Mülleimer. Die Betten sind gut, die sonstige Ausstattung standardmäßig. Allerdings benötigt die Wohnung einige Schönheitsreperaturen (Glühbirnen fehlten, schleifende Schlafzimmertür, sehr laute Lüftung im Bad, schwer gängige Armatur im Badezimmer). Für acht Personen könnte es eng werden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt.

Nice spot for sleeping!

Outdoor space not like pictures. A dead plant, smokers in shared space, noisy. Ok to sit out there early (5:30am). Clean apartment. Lots of single comfortable beds. Easy check in and Oliver always responded promptly. Very, very dark apartment. Close to many spots for eating or beverages or groceries.. Bus 2-3 blocks away, U about a 16 minute walk away. Best was that the Alster path a few blocks away. A great walk around the Alster for 5 miles from the apartment.

Winterhude fint kvarter, kedelig lejlighed

Lejligheden ligger i et godt kvarter. Senge og soveværelser er gode og der er stort set ingen støj. lejligheden er go hvis man bare skal sove der. Opholdsrummet er ikke hyggeligt: kedelige møbler, sygt lys og ingen hygge. Toiletpapir måtte vi selv købe og der var hverken salt, peber eller sukker til kaffen. Altanen på billederne er ikke-eksisterende, det er en læsserampe. OBS den pris man ser hos VRbo er langt under det man kommer til at betale. de tar et stort gebyr. For hvad?

Gute, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft in guter Lage

Alles prima gelaufen, vielen Dank! Der logistische Ablauf und die Übergabe des Wohnungsschlüssels waren problemlos - inklusive Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich. Ja, man KANN mit bis zu 8 Personen dort übernachten ... aber zwei der Schlafplätze sind halt Couchen im Wohn-/Esszimmer => für Kinder oder Jugendliche sicher okay, für ältere Personen ist eins der sechs Betten sicher besser geeignet. Wie schon von anderen Mietern zuvor beschrieben, ist die zugehörige Terrasse jetzt nicht unbedingt ein Platz, an dem man täglich zig Stunden verbringen, sich dort sonnen und relaxen möchte (es handelt sich schlicht um eine erhöhte Plattform im Innenhof mit ein paar Stühlen drauf) - aber DAFÜR verbringt man ja normalerweise auch kein Wochenende oder Kurzurlaub in Hamburg. ;-) Die Umgebung kann man durchaus als eigenen Kiez bezeichnen: Recht viele Restaurants und mehrere Cafés im Umkreis von einigen hundert Metern - inklusive Bäckern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die nächsten größeren mehrspurigen Straßen sind ein gutes Stück weit entfernt, so dass es in der Wohnung tatsächlich recht ruhig ist. Unterm Strich eine gute, saubere und solide Unterkunft für Familien oder kleinere Reisegruppen für einen fairen Preis. Wir würden wieder dort nächtigen.
