Great stay!

Great stay in Hamburg! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive during check-in, and the location was outstanding - very close to transit, restaurants, shops, etc., but on a quiet block. We hope to be back in Hamburg one day and would stay here again. Many thanks!

Amazing apartment in the perfect location

This apartment is very spacious! We felt right at home. We appreciated the coffee maker, the free WIFI and the generous dining space. We also really appreciated the elevator! It is close to public transportation, so even though we had a car, we left it in the garage and used the bus to get everywhere we needed to go. A note to future guests: If you choose the parking option, be prepared for a surprise! It is a unique parking garage. The owner is very good at explaining directions, so you will not have very many questions,

Finger weg! Am Anreisetag morgens Anruf, dass Heizung und Warmwasser nicht geht. Komplette Erstattung wurde angeboten (schwierig, teure Zugtickets gebucht und keine Ausweichunterkunft fĂŒr 7 Personen zu finden) oder ein Preisnachlass, 10 - 20% seien gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, wir bekamen 30%, es wĂŒrden provisorische Heizstrahler aufgestellt. Bei Ankunft (unser Thermometer zeigte 13C) gab es zwei kleine HeizgerĂ€te, die nicht liefen, eines wurde nachgeliefert. Sicherung flog dauernd raus, wieder Anruf und Suche im Dunkeln nach Sicherungskasten. Nur 3 Betten vorbereitet (fĂŒr 7 Personen bezahlt!). Angebot des Vermieters, jemanden zu schicken, der aufbettet, haben verzichtet, machten wir selber. Kommunikation freundlich, bis ich fragte, ob denn aufgrund der zusĂ€tzlichen MĂ€ngel zu fehlender Heizung/Warmwasser noch ein kleines Entgegenkommen möglich wĂ€re. Dies wurde als "unverschĂ€mt" bezeichnet, wir sollten uns hierfĂŒr ans Reinigungsteam wenden, hĂ€tten schon großzĂŒgige 30% erhalten (nicht angemessen, absolut kalte Wohnung und eisiges Wasser). Recherche in den Bewertungen ergab, dass Heizung wohl öfter ausfĂ€llt, wird seit 2022 immer wieder beschrieben, hatte ich bei der guten Gesamtbewertung vorher nicht geprĂŒft, in den kalten Monaten keinesfalls buchen! Kann bestĂ€tigen, dass das Mobiliar abgewohnt, Ceranfeld/Waschbecken gebrochen, Boden abgenutzt ist. Absolut hellhörig, aus dem Bad hört man direkt am Esstisch daneben jedes GerĂ€usch). Sehr sehr schade und insgesamt enttĂ€uschend.

Wohnung n Altona wie im Inserat beschrieben. Check-in Procedere sehr einfach. Zimmer sehr hellhörig aber sehr sauber. Bad ebenfalls.Umbauarbeiten im Haus stören etwas tagsĂŒber; in d Bacht absolute Ruhe.Guter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Das Elbkontor hat grundsĂ€tzlich 4 Sterne verdient. Aktuell ist fast das ganze Haus eine Baustelle. DafĂŒr muss leider ein Stern abgezogen werden.Die Interaktion mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist gerĂ€umig, aber sehr hellhörig. Im Haus finden zur Zeit Renovierungsarbeiten statt, daher tagsĂŒber recht laut, nachts aber super ruhig. Die Stellplatz-Anlage war bei der Ausfahrt defekt, wurde aber innerhalb von 2 Stunden repariert.

StÀdtereise Hamburg

Diese Ferienwohnung ist fĂŒr eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Gruppe von Personen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir heben es genossen 3 getrennte SchlafrĂ€ume zu haben und ein großes Ess- Wohnzimmer. Auch die 2. Toilette (eine im Bad, eine seperat) ist prima bei vielen Besuchern. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Lage- nah genug am Bahnhof Altona um durch die netten Straßen mit vielen Kneipen und Cafes zum Bahnhof zu laufen und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Hamburg

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war sehr gut.Wir hatten nur eine EinschrĂ€nkung mit dem Kinderwagen, da der Aufzug defekt war.Ansonsten bot die Wohnung alles, was man benötigt.Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man in Hamburg mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ĂŒberall hinkommt.Wir haben im Parkhaus am Bahnhof geparkt und sind ca. 10 Minuten gelaufen. Unser Fahrzeug war höher wie 1,5m.Sollten wir wieder eine Unterkunft in Hamburg benötigen, dann gerne wieder dort.Solltedem

GroßzĂŒgiges Appartement in zentraler Lage

Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und haben alles Wichtige im Appartement selber vorgefunden, nur um Lebensmittel mussten wir uns kĂŒmmern, was angesichts der Lage (Rewe 5 Min entfernt, BĂ€ckerei noch nĂ€her) keine Schwierigkeit darstellte. Besonders schön war, dass wir unser Auto in der Garage parken konnten und so die nahen Angebote des ÖPNV nutzen konnten. Gute breite Betten und ruhiger Schlaf sollten nicht unerwĂ€hnt bleiben.
