Sehr sauber und absolut ruhig. Gute Verkehrsanbindung (Bus, S-Bahn). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bioladen) und Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Küche gut ausgestattet. Gut funktionierendes WLAN.Insgesamt spartanische Möblierung (z.B.kein Ablagebord im Bad). Küche / Wohnbereich wie abgebildet sehr dunkel, leider auch nicht gut ausgeleuchtet. Das "Gärtchen" rund um die Terasse ist verwildert und trist. TV funktionierte nicht und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts auch nicht repariert (die Kommunikation hierzu lief ein wenig zäh, wir bekamen vom Vermieter aber Geld zurück).Insgesamt für einen kurzen Städtetrip ok: Hamburgs touristische Highlights sind gut erreichbar und man verbringt bei Städtetrips ja meist eh nicht so viel Zeit in der Ferienwohnung.

Es war okay, an sich gab es keine großen Probleme und der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Ein kleines Problem ist : Der Wasserhahn immer wieder plötzlich Wasser ablässt. Diejenigen, die im Wohnzimmer geschlafen haben, hat dieses plötzliche Geräusch in der Nacht vor allem erschreckt. Und wenn es eine Mikrowelle gäbe, würden wir uns noch mehr freuen. Ansonsten ist alles gut.

Die Lage in Altona war sehr gut. Bushaltestelle und S-Bahn um die Ecke. Im Umkreis auch einige Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Die ruhige geräumige Wohnung war sauber, durch das einzige Fenster/Balkontür im Wohnraum leider etwas dunkel. Das Badezimmer ausreichend groß und auch für 4 Personen nutzbar. Die Küche etwas spärlich ausgestattet, falls man selbst kochen will. Vor allem ein paar zusätzliche Gläser wären wünschenswert.Der Hinweis auf die bei Nässe lebensgefährlich glatte Terrasse an der Balkontür war hilfreich, aber auch zwingend notwendig. Hier wäre durch einen Teppich oder einen anderen Belag unserer Ansicht nach leicht Abhilfe zu schaffen. Außerdem fehlt auf der linken Seite der Terrasse ein Geländer o.ä. da es hier gleich einen halben Meter zum Boden runtergeht, was ebenfalls sehr gefährlich werden kann. Wozu bucht man eine Wohnung mit Terrasse? Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ließ zu wünschen übrig. Auf Fragen wurde nicht geantwortet und die Zugangshinweise erst auf Nachfrage 2 Tage vor Anreise mitgeteilt. Insgesamt waren wir alle etwas enttäuscht.

Kurztripp nach Hamburg

Die Wohnung ist funktionell eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile war gut ausgestatt. Es fehlt an Gemüthlickeit und die Stühle sind stark benutzt. Die Lage Nähe dem Bf Holstenstraße bietet eine gute Verkehsanbindung an die Öffis.
