Newly renovated, the child-friendly casa features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful family & dining rooms, desk, office chair, outdoor seating, washer/dryer, and a private, back patio with grill and LED lights. Stream your favorite shows and music with FireTV. Adjust the air conditioning and heat as you wish.

Large windows supply an abundance of natural light. Work remotely, plan your day, or stream Netflix, You Tube, and other favorites through Fire TV and 300+ Mbps of Wi-fi. Play games in the family room in front of the fireplace, find your own special reading nook, or select a workspace using the desk, kitchen table, the bar, or one of two patio tables. The spacious, full kitchen and dining room provide great gathering and meal-prep spaces. For privacy, retreat to a beautiful bedroom. The master features its own direct access to the private backyard. Take advantage of the barbecue grill or the laundry room.

Tired of scrambling for outlets and USB ports? Outlets and USB ports are conveniently located. Use the white-noise machines in each bedroom for ambience or to block outside sounds (typically minimal in this area). Well-trained dog owners with 1-2 dogs welcome!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remember to log out of your TV streaming accounts.
For trash disposal, use the blue barrel that's in the blue gate to the right of the house (from the streetside). Pick up is on Monday.
Do not worry: we will wash the towels and bedding linens.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No dogs on furniture or linens. No barking dogs please. For stays over 10 days, cleaning service is required every 2 weeks for the rate of $39.
Please do not flush toilet paper/hygiene items in toilets or garbage disposal. Put all used charcoal in the metal cans with lids. No flame candles.
No noise carrying to neighbors after 10PM (family neighborhood). Keep main gates closed and locked. Change visible numbers on the locks.

It felt like home…..

Our stay was so easy and relaxing! So many little touches to the property made us feel like family. Our host checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us tons of tips for our stay. After a long day exploring the beautiful beach and city of Ensenada we could come home and unwind and have family time. 8 days was definitely not enough time for our stay, so we’ll be back again soon!!!!

Just came to relax and enjoy the temperature in Ensenada

Everything was on the up and up with Shelley. Her house is beautiful and very comfortable. It’s located in the center of town which is wonderful for us who wanted to see and do different things. I was sad to leave, but I’ll be back some day! Shelley you are awesome!

The beds were comfy but there was a damaged chair in the dining room that collapsed under me so I threw it away then was charged for damaging the place. I specifically selected "pet friendly" on Orbitz but was charged a pet fee because this is a VRBO rental. The water in the neighborhood was shut off during my stay. There's nothing that could be done about that but the fact that I was then charged for a chair that was already damaged and a pet fee that I was not told about when I made the reservation made it more galling that I was supposed to accept a day without water because "that's life in Mexico" according to the owner.

Great Stay, Lovely home Central to Everything

My wife and I stayed here for about 2 weeks. From the very first day to the day we left it was like being at home. Clean, spacious, fully stocked, and overall extremely comfortable. We made use of the AC, the grill, the gated parking, the stocked kitchen, and I made use of the fast internet for work. Shelley was super quick to reach out to check on us and responded very fast to texts. The location is very safe, walkable to plenty of stores and restaurants, and a short drive from downtown or anywhere you may need to go.

Nice stay in a good neighborhood of Ensenada

When you are traveling, it’s important to be in a quality neighborhood where you feel safe and comfortable. This house was very nice and in a good part of Ensenada. The listing is very accurate, the back patio is very nice.

There is also a back area that gets sun that we worked at during the day. The location is also wonderful…safe neighborhood…central to everything in Ensenada. We were here for proximity to a local hospital, but we also enjoyed great food in all corners of the city. You can drive anywhere in 10 minutes or so…I was surfing every day and some great spots under 20 minutes away."
