House for a large family, group or a couple, There is two units in the same property, rent is separately. The price of this unit is also adjusted for 6 couple and increase for a larger number of people, giving the opportunity to a small group to save money . We are located in a residential area, really close from everything. 8 minutes from home to the main tourist street. Beach also really close, about 15 min, you will love my place is nice and comfortable. Recently remodel, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, stove, grill on request, hot water, towels and shampoo, WiFi, available. Gated parking, for more than one car. look for our week special price.

IMPORTANT: Parking lot is shared with a second unit.

We stayed a week and felt so safe here. (Not that it’s in a sketchy area whatsoever anyway) but the electric gate is a plus. Very clean and stocked with enough soap and toilet paper for the entirety. Roomy and comfy bedrooms

My family and I stayed at this home for our Family Vacation and we loved it ! For a family of 7 we were easily accommodated in the rooms and overall home. Parking is spacious and even has a basketball net outdoors which was a plus for my brothers. Definitely recommend, it’s a smaller home with a cozy feel, it kept our family very united throughout our trip.

Great place to stay with family and friends

10/10 recommend! We had to cut our trip short because of the hurricane warnings but our short stay was great. The house is just as described. It is roomy and equipped with everything we needed. The gated lot is very safe and perfect for the kids to play outside. Our host was amazing with communication and very nice. We will be staying here again for sure.

The owner and the host are nice and helpful. The host was waiting for us as we get there. She walked us through everything. She even texted and make sure we are safe during the lockout events. We strongly recommend this property to anyone, who is looking for the vacation home.

House was cold Need to take warm blankets and extra towels. Only One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The whole house needs more cleaning inside and outside. Check in time right on time and owner responds quick.

Could have been better

The house is not private. There is two homes in the same lot, you dont get the privacy or the whole parking to yourself, you have to share. The house was not very clean. The bathroom had hairs and was dusty. At least the bathroom should have been deep cleaned. There is also no central AC just a small one in the livingroom.

Home Review

I really expected more of this place. I selected this place because it was gated and felt safe having my kids and dogs play outside but I didn’t like that the owner walked in to the residence without prior notification. She opened the main door walked in and out without saying anything and later introduced herself as the owner. The house was not really clean, a lot of spiders throughout the house, restrooms and under the beds. One of the doors from the room kept falling and unable to close. The place stated it had a coin laundry, that was not true. Only 2 trash bags were provided. The master TV was not working and control did not have batteries. On the yard there was dog waste that was left there when we arrived. I later picked it up so my kids won’t step on it

Matresses are really comfortable 3 rooms 6 beds it has an LG ac unit and work out great the whole time. I really enjoy our staying without any problems at all
