I own 2 other condos at our resort (Pelican Beach Resort) VRBO # 415236 and 508791 with 5 STAR Reviews!!

8th Floor - Gorgeous full views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our housekeeping crew strictly follows CDC guidelines for cleaning.

Renovated. Complete kitchen remodeled. Stainless steel appliances, new flooring throughout.

Pelican beach resort is one of the most popular resorts to stay in Destin ~ the perfect family destination. Front Desk staffed 24 hours & we use the onsite management company.

Conveniently located near all activities such as: Big Kahuna Water Park (across the street) located near many family friendly restaurants: Bubba Gump Shrimp, Hard Rock Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, & more! Retail shops, Silver Sands Shopping Outlet mall, & Movie Theatres.

One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. New queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath.

Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

Spring Break in Destin

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! First, it was very clean and we felt comfortable right away. The host was very kind and outreached me at the beginning of our stay to make sure everything was going well. The beach was beyond what we expected! Our favorite part was playing on t he beach! We highly recommend this property. We loved the beautiful condo and ocean view. We loved staying right on the beach. There is a lot to do in Destin. We will try to rent this again! So easy to book and the property owner was very easy to contact and responded quickly

Great getaway!

We arrived early on Monday and we’re able to use all the amenities of the resort. The condo was beautifully decorated and was clean! Awesome communication with the owner as well. We will definitely be back!

Family vacy!

We had an amazing week! The resort is fully staffed and secure. We loved having the ocean front view. The resort is busy but we never felt over crowded. There were times at the pool there wasn't seating available many families would save seating with towels. The chair/canopy service for the beach was great to work with with young kids we rented a canopy a few times for them to play under and be shaded from the sun. The tiki bar is amazing, you can order lunch and eat by the beach, the drinks are spendy but good! Must eats are Dewey's Destin and AJ's. The resort staff was super nice. We will be back!

Everything is updated and so clean. Very comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. Amazing ocean view from the balcony. Highly recommend this unit.

Perfect honeymoon spot!

My husband and I picked this location for our honeymoon and it was just perfect! The condo itself is a good size and had a full kitchen and an amazing view of the ocean. The property had three pools, two of which are heated, and two hot tubs. Easy beach access as well. Great communication with the owner, Laura, who checked in often and was quick to help when we had a question. It was a great experience!

Beautiful Beach Condo

This is an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL condo! It is direct ocean front and the view is amazing! The condo is updated, modern and spotless! The resort itself is very nice and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. You never have to leave, but if you do there are plenty of restaurants, coffee/donut shops, ice cream spots and some souvenir shopping within walking distance! Perfect place to come RELAX and just enjoy the sun, sand and beautiful ocean! The host Laura was a joy to work with, I highly recommend staying at any of her units!! Now, go book your vacation, you deserve it!

Beautiful condo! Great stay.

Beautiful condo, great stay. Only recommendation would be to provide additional bathing towels. We brought beach towels but with two teenagers we definitely could’ve used additional towels, but made it work. Very clean. Parking is easy - gets a little full at night but we always was able to find a spot easily. We will definitely stay here again! Condo is right across from Kahunas water park and arcade just up the road. Great location for a couple or for a family. The beach appears to be closed to the public so it wasn’t overly full, which was nice.
