It's located minutes from the heart of Garden City, with quick access to Pickleville Playhouse, & paved bike trails. It's 4 miles South of Bear Lake Marina, 2 miles North of Epic Marina. Rendezvous Beach State park is just a 10 minute drive (south).

What makes this property unique

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage is conveniently located near Sweetwater Golf Course. Access to Ideal beach resort pass may be included during your stay for an extra fee, please ask if you're interested. This pass includes access to 2 swimming pools, tennis, laundry, and a private sand beach. Pools and golf are closed for the season after Labor Day depending on how quickly it gets really cold. Our cabin does not have laundry facitilties, but you may do your laundry at the coin operated machines in Ideal Beach Resort. Hot tubs are open year round as well as the indoor tennis courts.
