Located only a short walking distance to the famous Magazine St and St Charles, Ave, this house is in the Central Business District (CBD) of NOLA and is known as one of the most exciting neighborhoods in the city boasting some of the country's best dining options, music venues, and a vibrant nightlife. As a cherry on top of your vacation sundae, you’ll be practically a 5 min ride from French Quarter’s world-famous jazz clubs, eateries, bars, and bistros. If you don’t feel like driving the 5 min to the French Quarter, hop on St. Charles Streetcar (trolley) that will take you straight down to the entertainment headquarters of the world. Location-wise, this doesn’t get any better than this!
If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located a mile from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games, and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet-style to fine dining.

Fun times in NOLA! This VRBO was in a great area with lots of dining options and easy parking. The property had lot of charm and nice touches. One drawback was that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work. A very nice property!

We loved the location, on the edge of the garden district. We could walk or run down the trolly line, walk to the WW11. Short drive to Frenchmen's street.

Beautiful condo - spacious, clean, nicely decorated with nice backyard. The area is in transition with a lot of new housing going up, but there are still remnants of a tough area. Wouldn’t walk at night alone, although we did feel safe inside.

This was a comfortable home for the four of us. There is a half bath on the first floor and a nice outdoor space for sitting in the mornings. We had no issues parking on the street in front of the home. The St. Charles trolley is very close. There is a cute little rum bar across the street.

Location was easy to get to. Difficult time finding pool. Not connected to townhouse. Had to contact property manager to find pool. Home was clean and comfortable. Convenient rum bar across the street was a plus!

Clean and convenient. We were able to walk to many of our destinations. The trolley is just a few blocks away. Be careful of the management company. Instructions don't come until the day before you travel and check-in and check-out process instruction emails were different and contradicted each other. Make no assumptions that they are receiving your requests.
