Beautiful, certified historic property, huge rooms. Enormous private pool, 6 seat jacuzzi area. This is not just an investment property, but an actual historic landmark home. We welcome those who can respect and understand what is required of an historic property. This 1870s Arts and Crafts single-family home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 2nd bath is split bath with half bath just inside from unheated pool / heated jacuzzi area and outdoor shower just outside the door per photos. We loved the house; truly beautiful with all the old stained glass windows & historic charm! The management team did a great job communicating! Beds are super comfortable! Great touch with the white noise machines in each room. We truly had everything we needed!

The house is a beautiful home. It has a lot of charm.There is a 14 page contract that you have to sign, but please don't let that scare you, it is just the typical things.My only thing that people should know because it may be an issue for some is all the bedrooms are upstairs. This is nothing against the house, just information for some if they can not climb stairs.You will receive a welcome packet from the owner, which has a lot of local recommendations. If you want to use the trolley system, the St. Charles pick up line is just a few blocks away. There is also a gas station and grocery store also a few blocks away.I would rent this house again

Great historic house...with a POOL?!?!

What a delightful stay our family had. On the hot hot New Orleans days, we were able to cool off in the pool. The kids and adults loved it. Its a quirky house, but that's the magic of New Orleans!

Girls Trip!

We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay. The property, location, management team, amenities, EVERYTHING. So much room - the beds were SO FREAKIN COMFY, too. Great for a group of girls too, we had no issues all getting ready with all the space to spread out. We cannot wait to come back - Ms. Shinda was an absolute joy to work with too. we really enjoyed our stay! this was a bit big for just the 4 of us but it was so nice to have the room. beds were super comfy. we had quick access to everywhere we wanted to go. we mostly drove to where we needed to go because we don't know the area, but we could easily have walked. the restaurant across the street was phenomenal!
