Hello Scott! We want to start by stating that we always strive to provide an amazing experience for our guests and we are disappointed to hear this, for sure. I looked at communications from your stay and noticed that you did not reach out to us and let us know these things until the night before your departure. We would have gladly sent someone over there to take a look at what you mentioned, as none of these have ever been mentioned as issues before. As for flipping the breaker, that is step one in basic troubleshooting steps for a number of things. We are pleased to inform you that we have sent a master plumber to this property and everything is up to code. We always appreciate things being brought to our attention so we can address them accordingly and make sure that our guests are taken care of.
