We lived in Winter Park a few decades ago before career opportunities moved us back to the Midwest. We always wanted to return. We stayed at this charming home a few times in prior years and when it became available we couldn't pass it up! It is a dream come true and we want to share it will you!
Why they chose this property
We love Winter Park with its many amenities. Having the opportunity to own this house in this lovely neighborhood was a dream come true! The brick streets, large trees, chain of lakes, and Park Avenue within walking distance makes this a wonderful location to relax and enjoy all that Winter Park has to offer. Plus we are only an hour from Canaveral and Cocoa Beach and the theme parks.
What makes this property unique
Our guests can truly enjoy this house and location as a home away from home. You will quickly feel part of charm that is downtown Winter Park. Cook in or eat out! We believe the stay will be relaxing and rejuvenating!
