You can even pedal right from the property to endless mountain biking trails such as Bearclaw Poppy, Zin-Out, and Barrel. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also a short drive away. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, golfing, hiking, shopping, dining, and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience in Southern Utah.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this luxury kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side-by-side refrigerator featuring an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and separate gas stovetop. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, a Keurig Classic Coffee Maker, teapot, crockpot, blender, pancake grill, toaster, spices, wine opener, hand mixer, and mixing bowls to enjoy baking and much more! The dining table will have 8 dining chairs and additional 4 bar stools at the bar.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, two chairs, games, and a large flat-screen TV. Also featuring a desk as a workplace.

We had such a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had items that we needed. We LOVED the well heated pool and jacuzzi. There was plenty of room. Having 4 bathrooms was nice. The pack and play had a comfortable matress. We even stayed up late into the night playing chess and checkers. Thank you!

Perfect Stay

We loved staying at this condo with our four adult children and spouses/friends. It was so clean and comfortable, and right next to the pool. We used the barbecue grill for dinner one night, and it worked great. We had everything we needed, and the AC was great in the 100 degree heat. I will definitely refer this to friends and hopefully come back another time!

Sibling reunion

Great location, modern feeling

Fully equiped house, even came with some floaties for the pool which was awesome. Aircon was great in the heat. Best location - back opens up by play area, so you can watch them from the BBQ area, and it is also right next to pool gate for easy access. Tons of plates, cups etc. Loved the decor, felt clean and modern which is what we look for in a holiday rental. Thanks!

Fabulous Stay

My family and I loved everything about this property--seriously, no negatives! We have stayed in numerous vacation rental properties over the years and this one is a the top of our list of favorites. The property was so well-appointed, it truly felt like our home away from home. Everything was like new and so clean; comfortable beds; white, fluffy towels; quality kitchen cookware and serving ware...the list goes on and on. Thank you for making your place available. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Property was in very good condition.

The unit was well stocked and was a set up perfectly for us. We have stayed in that unit two years earlier and it seemed better maintained than before. Minor issues - there is one bar chair with some broken or loose support pieces. There was a small amount of garbage in the kitchen trash can and the dining area floor needed to be swept. Also, when we arrived there was no hot water, so showers were "uncomfortable." The water eventually got hot just before bedtime the first night, so I assume it had just not been turned back on after being on a vacation setting. These are very minor complaints and only for the knowledge of the owners/property managers so they can notify the cleaning service and property managers. We definitely would stay here again.

Nice Condo

Plenty of room with a well-stocked kitchen of plenty of dishes for everyone, didn't feel like you had to wash dishes constantly. We were kind of cold the first night since there was only like a sheet on the bed. We did find blankets afterwards. The pool broke down the last day we were there but we did get our pool time the days before. Nice location away from the beaten path but yet close enough to whatever we wanted to do.

Great place for a family trip.

This property was great for our family trip! There was plenty of room for all of us. The furnishings were perfect. We were located right by the pool and playground for the kids to play! Would definitely stay here again.
