Indian Rocks Beach Jan open weeks book beach access with heated pool & Hot tub

Sunset Paradise is a small complex of 17 units on the beach . Unit 8 is in the smaller building (#2) at the side of the complex - with a partial side view of the beach. The unit has a large balconyto sit put with your morning coffee. There is parking for two cars at the front of the unit . there is stairway access to the unit .

The complex hosts a great pool and hot tub, sun loungers by the pool deck where you can sit and relax in the sun along with a large gas BBQ - you can step from the pool area directly onto the beach - less than 100 steps from the unit and you will be on the beautiful beach , wonderful for families or couples alike. Indian Rocks Beach is a peaceful area - you are spoilt for choice with wonderful restaurants just a short walk away , Guppys , Keagans , groupers , to name a few - pop to the french bakery for fresh pastries and croissants in the morning or into Sandys for a perfect breakfast spot - a short walk along the beach and you are there . You have even more to choose from a short car ride. if you are looking for more than a beach holiday then you have plenty to choose - you are nearby to Tampa - St Petersburg or Clearwater so you can visit , theme parks, shopping malls, museums and sporting events are all within easy reach. Local tennis and pickle ball courts are at IRB At the end of the day you can return back to this comfy unit to relax and sit on the beach, or BBQ your dinner by the pool to view the glorious Florida sunset .

Fantastic location!

We just got back from our stay and had a wonderful time! The condo is clean, comfortable and so close to everything! The pool and hot tub were great and everyone is so friendly. The owners are very accomodating and helpful. Indian Rocks Beach is our favorite vacation spot and we can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything!!

A one minute walk to the beach!

This little apartment was cute, clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there. And most amazing, it was a one minute walk to the beach! The beach was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. We loved it and would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed for a week at Sunset Paradise and found it to be perfect. Not only was the condo clean and well-equiped, the location couldn't have been any better. There was so many things to do locale and the next town over. I would recommend this condo and would really plan on coming back. The owner was so helpful, as this was my first time booking a place like this.

Great Spot

This was our first visit to this area, and we thought it was great! This part of the community was especially appealing, because it was fairly quiet. The apartment was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful, and the pool was a perfect temperature. I'd highly recommend it!

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures and description were accurate. We were on the second floor and the balcony overlooks the quiet parking lot. The place was clean and worked fine for 4 people. Each BR had its own bathroom which we loved. The host and cleaning person were prompt responding and helpful. We are considering staying here again. 👍

We truly felt that this spot on the beach was a taste of paradise and loved soft sandy beach right on the doorstep - we loved the view and had enjoyed many happy holidays in this area. We could not believe our luck when we had the opportunity to have a home in the sun.

What makes this property unique

This really is our home from home - we can instantly relax and forget the stress and pressure of daily life as soon as our plane touches down in Tampa - the closeness of the airport means that in 40 minutes we are on the beach watching the sunset.
