This charming historical apartment building with 7 individual suites has been completely renovated and turned into modern style suites minutes from The Ark Encounter. You will love this cozy 1 bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps 2, please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor & you must use stairs to access it. Less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter & only 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.

As you walk into Holland Suite #5, you enter into the main living space. This space has a loveseat, and a Smart tv perfect for watching local channels or streaming from your favorite platforms! Directly behind the living room is the bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed for 1-2 guests.

To the right of the entryway is the dining area. On the left of this area is the kitchen, equipped with appliances and cookware for you throughout your stay. This space includes a starter supply of k-cups, creamer, and sweeteners as well.

To the right of the dining area is the full bathroom. This space includes a vanity, toilet, and shower. Towels are provided on the rack in the bathroom, and under the bathroom sink. A starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are provided.

This space is the perfect and cozy suite for 1-2 guests. Relax in the suite or explore the surrounding area! Downtown Williamstown is a short walk up the street and has shopping and dining options for guests.
