House was clean, well furnished, and accurately matched the listing. Entire process was easy and seamless.

We drove for 4 hours to come stay at this place because it was near the Lagoon. It was never mentioned throughout our booking process that the Lagoon was closed. The property manager said we should have received an email about that, but that didn't happen. I know the Lagoon in Desert Color is probably hurting vacation rentals, but there needs to be transparency and correct expectations set. The Lagoon had been closed for over a week by the time we got there. The property manager was helpful and got us into another house in a different area.
