This was one of the best rental experiences we have had! This cabin had everything we could have ever needed - more than enough towels, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. for probably well over 8 people. The deck and lake view were great and we loved grilling while hanging out back there. The cabin was perfectly clean. The hot tub was great and relaxing at the end of the day. The location was easy to find and a nice base to visit various places within the area. There was even a washer and dryer (which I don’t remember seeing on the listing), so that was so handy for throwing in a load of laundry before we left. I hope we can visit again sometime in the summer and see the area really come to life at the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was beautiful, very clean, and clearly well taken care of. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit, including a hot tub. The location was perfect—only about 15 minutes from Summersville Marina and just 5 minutes to the dam, which made it super easy to enjoy the lake and surrounding areas.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway close to Summersville Lake!

We stayed during our elopement at nearby New River Gorge. The wall of windows facing the lake (although thick trees block a lot of the view during summer) is stunning! The living area is awesome, and we want to model our future house after it.
