Just 3 miles from Summersville Lake, Newly Remodeled house with unique Lakehouse decor, new appliances and furniture. Relaxing front porch with gazebo, and cozy back patio with hot tub. Perfect for your family with a game room in the basement and easy access parking big enough for a boat trailer.

Master Suite is located in upstairs loft with queen bed and half bath. Main floor includes the living room, kitchen, full bath, bed room with full size bunk beds, and in the common space there is a queen size pullout sofa. In the basement there is a pool table, foosball table, washer and dryer, small futon and couch, and access to back patio with hot tub.

Only 15 min from New River Gorge National park, 1 hour from Winterplace.

So many friendly people here and in our opinion you won't find a prettier lake than Summerville Lake. We are both local business owners and still reside close to the vacation rental, so we will be here if you need us.
