Charming house near La Rochelle and the beaches of Ile de Ré

My house is located in a very quiet area of Nieul sur Mer very close to the bais de l'Aiguillon.
A 20km coastal path from the Ile de Ré to Esnandes passes 800m.
My house is simple and has all amenities.
The place is really lovely and in the centre of Nieul you will find all the amenities, including a very nice pub and an excellent pizzeria
The neighbourhood is very discreet. There is a vegetable garden, fruit trees and a greenhouse
The beach is 7 km away, the Ile de Ré is 10 km away and the beautiful city of La Rochelle where it is good to walk and discover its history 8 km away.
I leave access to a shed for bicycles.
there are several parking spaces in front of the house and if you wish a private parking.
Many activities in La Rochelle will attract you and you will not regret your stay
