Luxury Penthouse in the Heart of Harbour Town

Plan your next vacation in this luxurious villa.
This fully updated villa is in a prime location just steps from Hilton Head's iconic lighthouse, marina, shops, and restaurants. There are only 9 villas in this building, This unit is on the top floor on the end closest to the marina. If you are familiar with Harbour Town, Mariner's Way is located between the live oak trees on the sandy playground and the Crazy Crab.
This warm and welcoming 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa has beachy décor with updated furniture and white walls throughout. Den has a large flat screen tv, a sofa, loveseat. and a comfortable chair for plenty of seating. There is also a large desk with 2 stools.
The dining area opens to a fully equipped kitchen with all new quartz countertops and cabinets. Dining table seats four and island has three counter stools.
Both bedrooms have TVs and new mattresses with a king in the master and two twins in the guest room. The twin beds are XL and 5" longer than a standard twin making comfortable sleeping for adults.
We have a twin air mattress available to allow a maximum of 5 guests
You will be provided with a personal access code "key" for your stay. We have a few parking spots next to the building reserved for Mariner's Way owners and guests. There is also parking available in the smaller lot as well as the larger Harbour Town lot. There are two luggage carts under the stairs for you to use. Harbour Town is a popular destination and can be very busy especially during the summer.
Enjoy the seasonal free trolley service that stops beside our building. The Beach Club and beach access is a five minute car ride or ten minute bike ride. Please note there are new parking restrictions for the Beach Club. Parking is remote due to overcrowding.
Please note - The only additional fee outside booking is the Sea Pines gate pass which is currently $20. The rental gate pass is good for up to a week. This is not a daily fee.
When you're ready to explore, Sea Pines offers something for everyone. Take a scenic stroll for shopping, outdoor entertainment, boating, and water activities. Enjoy beautiful beaches, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. After a fun-filled day of sightseeing, return home to sip a cocktail and have front row seat to all that's happening in Harbour Town from your private balcony.
