LES ZEBOINS 1 - SAINT NICOLAS LA CHAPELLE
On the 1st floor of a traditional chalet, including year-round accommodation on the ground floor and other tourist accommodation on the same landing. Access via a shared entrance hall and interior staircase. Living room with balcony, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm) with balcony, bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Large shared open garden. Garage for skis and bikes. Private parking in front of the gîte (2 parking spaces). Old renovated farmhouse from the 19th century. Mountain atmosphere with lots of character, in an exceptional setting on the edge of the forest, facing Mont-Blanc and overlooking the village of Flumet. Close to nature, quiet and close to shops and slopes. Located on the heights of Saint-Nicolas la Chapelle, this very comfortable gîte offers quick access to the "Espace Diamant" ski area (via Notre-Dame de Bellecombe) 5km away, or to the Saisies Nordic area 16km away. . In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails near the gîte. Privileged location in the heart of Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the Route Grandes Alpes, a tourist route for motorcycles, cyclos and cars. Access to the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand via the Col des Aravis. All shops and services in season 1.5 km away. Arrondine leisure center and developed lake in Flumet, 4 km away. Golf and indoor ice rink 17 km away.
