Maison rustique charmante et bien située

Maison ancienne avec un joli jardin. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très facilement joignables et réactifs. La jeune femme qui s’occupe de la maison est elle aussi très efficace. La maison sera parfaite avec quelques améliorations concernant la salle de bain très petite avec wc à l’intérieur, pas de wc au rez de chaussée, rez de chaussée très sombre ( surtout quand il pleut) à cause des éclairages trop faibles. Points positifs: un vrai sèche-linge électrique très utile, un bbq, un salon de jardin, la proximité avec la ville.
