Beautifully situated cottage in the countryside with views over meadows and fields. Beautiful, large garden and a spacious terrace, which is protected from view behind the house. You can swim and fish in the sound of Kalmar. The house has a boat where you can fish or just go for a ride through the beautiful archipelago. From here you can easily reach attractions such as Astrid Lindgrens Värld, Öland Zoo and Amusement Park, and Kalmar Castle. Kalmar and Öland can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The beautiful surroundings start right at your doorstep, but you are also close to stores and restaurants in Kalmar and Mönsterås.
