Lovely home in Borgholm with sauna
The cottage is located just two kilometers from the center of Borgholm, within walking distance of stores, restaurants and cafes. The house has been divided into two accommodations with bathrooms and WCs. The semi-detached cottage has a large outdoor area for outdoor stays. The larger accommodation has a sauna and in the garden there is a free whirlpool (use from the month of June). The tennis court is right in front of the house, you are free to use it. 100 m from the house there is a playground and a soccer field. The semi-detached house is spacious and nicely furnished. From here you can walk to the castles of Borgholm and Solliden, but also the extensive sandy beach of Köpingsvik. A little to the north are the Rauken of Byerums and several fishing villages, as well as the amusement park Lådbilslandet, the interesting Böda Sand and the magical Trollskogen, a nature reserve. To the south are Öland's zoo, Eketorps Castle and artisans' studios. Also many golf courses are within reach. Neighbor to S41332.
