New fresh 1 1/2 plot villa, 166 m2, built in 2014 in rural individual location close to smaller beaches, harbor and restaurant / café. Golf course and business are within five kilometers distance.
Lower floor; two bedrooms of which one bedroom has exit to the terrace. Living room with wood burning stove and a large sofa with chaise longue and divan as well as backing stairs. The kitchen is modern in open plan layout, equipped with built-in oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. The bathroom is in close proximity to the bedrooms and is fully tiled with walk-in shower.
Upper level; two bedrooms, family room and bathroom equipped with jacuzzi.
Outside the house; two terraces one in the southeast and one in the southwest (60m2) The terrace has a heated pool and 4 sunbeds. The property has a garden With barbecue.

Perfect house for a big family

Very nice and tidy house equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We stayed four adults and four children, age 10-15, for one week in the house. The outdoor pool was especially appreciated. Nice surroundings and convenient placement in the middle of the island for various excursions.

Lovely spacious house for large family holiday

The house is large and comfortable. We were six adults and three children, and the layout of the house worked brilliantly, with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. The living room/dining room/kitchen is huge and practical - and the living room area upstairs an added asset. The heated swimming pool was a major hit, and easy to open/close. The location on the island is excellent. The host was responsive and helpful. The overall experience would be made even better if there were more plates, cups, glasses, utensils, etc, which were barely enough for a large family. Also, the instructions were minimal, and did not tell us how to use the jacuzzi, the TV, or how the recycling works. But these are minor criticisms of what is a holiday property we would highly recommend.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus das gut gelegen ist. In der MItte der Insel so das man gleichermassen in den Norden und Süden fahren kann. Es war sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Natürlich war auch der Pool ein Highlight.

Fint hus med bra läge och härlig pool

Resan till Öland var utan tvekan sommarens höjdpunkt. Jättefint hus med bra ytor, 4 sovrum, välutrustat kök och en härlig uppvärmd pool som barnen spenderade större delen av veckan i. Bra läge och nära till mycket, det går alldeles utmärkt att ta en sväng över bron till t.ex. Giraffen i Kalmar för att snabbladda bilen och storhandla. Värdarna är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rekommenderas starkt!

Urlaub mit Kindern in toller Umgebung

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool mit ca. 30 Grad war natürlich das Highlight für alle. Der Strand, das Kaffee, der Freizeitpark, das Schloss, die Burg usw. waren echt super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehr als genug in unmittelbarer Umgebung, die auch immer sonntags geöffnet haben. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus.

Wat een mooie plek! Heel compleet, echt alles is aanwezig, ook in de keuken. Ontzettend schoon toen we aankwamen, en het is ook een gezellig huis. Ook comfortabel ingericht. Wij hebben genoten, ik zou iedereen aanraden te boeken. Eigenaren zijn behulpzaam en gastvrij.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus! Es ist bestens ausgestattet,geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Pool. Alles so wie beschrieben und entsprechend der Bilder. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge auf Öland da recht in der Mitte gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind sehr nahe gelegen. Anders und Anne sind sehr nette und im Bedarfsfall gut erreichbare Gastgeber die sehr gut englisch sprechen. Wirklich ein toller Ort für schöne Ferien!

Mycket fint boende på Öland

Ett fantastiskt fint hus beläget lugnt, lantligt och vackert. Omgivningarna med närhet till strand, hamn, hamncafé och restaurang möjliggjorde mysiga semesterdagar i närområdet. Poolen var väldigt fin och gav stort mervärde för både barn och vuxna.

Traumhaus auf Öland

Wir haben unsere Sommerferien mit zwei Familien in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über eine toll ausgestattete Küche, eine geräumige Terrasse und ausreichend Platz im liebevoll angelegten Garten. Das Objekt ist sehr schön gelegen, es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand, auch ein Bäcker für frische Zimtschnecken ist nicht weit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt und kommen gern wieder!!
