The Neighborhood:

We are on the corner of Fir St and Sixth St in San Diego. Right across Sixth St is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops.

Gaslamp Quarter,

and San Diego Convention Center are minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. Electric Scooters available around the building and you can ride or walk to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and Balboa Park Museums. The San Diego airport is 2.4 miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.

Great place to stay with dogs for a short trip. Park is right across the street for the dogs to do their business. Unit was well cleaned!

Very nice and well kept place. The room we rented was very similar to the online add (only had a mini-fridge instead of an apartment fridge), but otherwise as advertised. Did friendly which was great and pretty quiet as well. You can hear the planes but unless a door is open it’s very muted. Onsite management was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, easy access, good parking facilities. Enjoyed the stay, modern feel to the rooms and building, would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in a central place in San Diego. Good communication with management as well, always happy to help.
