Wonderful Condo

The owners maintain this property beautifully; it’s clear they take great pride in every detail. The home is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ocean Village is a wonderful resort and a beautiful location. Additionally, the location is ideal, being both peaceful and conveniently close to everything you might need. We had a wonderful stay and will return!

Location location can’t be beat. Great for all ages so much to do and close to restaurants even on on the property. Very beautiful condo - very comfortable and clean Very secure also. Would love to come back every year thanks

Beautiful Unit in Beautiful Community

The owner was extremely easy to work with and checked in several times to make sure we have everything we need it! The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location in the community is great and provided easy access to the beach and the pools and other amenities.

Great condo, great location, great owner

We were looking for a condo on Hutchinson Island for Easter week - still part of Florida's high season - and luckily stumbled onto this gem less than two months before the trip. We had certain needs namely a good internet connection, privacy and quiet since my wife needed to spend most of the week working remotely. All checked out. The unit is exactly like the pictures, not only clean but it felt like it was recently refurbished. The unit's owner - Maria - was very responsive through VRBO's chat feature and knowledgable. Ocean Village feels a bit secluded (it's a half hour drive to the nearest Publix, CVS, etc) which will be an appeal for many. But it offers so much: multiple pools, a great beach, golf, tennis and a restaurant on site. Or just be lazy and read a book on the lanai. This was our best VRBO experience to date.

Great place to to enjoy Florida

This is our 1st long term stay in Florida. Beautiful setting. Close to pool. Lots to do. Close to restaurants. Unit was set up very nice. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of linens. 1st floor was wonderful. Owner responded immediately to our requests. Would recommend.

Very nice condo

Our family of 4 were able to make this condo home for 10 days. The kids had a great time at the pool and beach. The host worked with us to change dates when work schedules changed.
