Whether you’re planning a family beach vacation, couples getaway, birthday weekend, or friends trip, Sapphire by the Sea was designed to bring everyone together while still giving guests plenty of room to relax.

Start your mornings with coffee on the deck before heading to the beach with the provided wagon, chairs, and beach gear. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the Weber charcoal grill, or unwind in the hot tub while the kids challenge each other to arcade games, foosball, basketball shootout, giant Connect Four, corn hole, and ladderball toss.

As the evening sets in, gather downstairs at the tiki bar under the string lights to watch the game on TV, enjoy drinks with friends, or relax around the firepit in Adirondack chairs while sharing stories from the day’s beach adventures.

Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas make it easy for everyone to spend time together. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing family breakfasts, beach snacks, and large group dinners, complete with both Keurig and drip coffee makers to start your mornings right. Plenty of seating makes shared meals, conversations, and board game nights easy and comfortable.

The home is thoughtfully equipped for both short beach getaways and longer stays, with smart TVs, fast WiFi, comfortable gathering spaces, family-friendly amenities, and entertainment for guests of all ages.

At Sapphire by the Sea, the goal is simple: make it easy to relax, reconnect, and create unforgettable beach memories together.

We are a pet-friendly property and welcome up to two small dogs (under 30 lbs each) for a pet fee. Please notify us in advance if bringing pets, as pets and emotional support animals are subject to this fee. Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt.

No daily housekeeping service is provided. Guests may use the in-home washer and dryer in the laundry room as needed during their stay.

Our home is built on stilts, like many others in the area, for hurricane and flood protection. Because of this, the living space is upstairs and access is by stairs only — there’s no elevator. You might notice a bit of movement in the house, especially during strong winds, which is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

For your safety and the security of the property, a motion-activated floodlight camera is installed at the front of the house facing the driveway. In addition, a Ring doorbell camera is installed next to the front door, facing outside.
