Located on the ground floor and facing south apartment is located in a beautiful private home in the coastal hinterland of Denia.

The small Urbanisacion Casablanca in a quiet location is inhabited all year round.

The apartment is furnished, bright and friendly and equipped for a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people.
There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a very spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen.
Of course you will find in the apartment everything you need for a relaxing holiday. TV reception via satellite Astra 19.2 (all major German channels) and Astra 23.5 is installed, the bathroom has a washing machine. They also have free Wi-Fi.

In the garden there are several terraces with sun and / or shade, here everyone finds their desired place. The private pool is available to our guests during their presence exclusively available.

We rent the ground floor of a two family house. There is a separate entrance, a private parking and a private entrance.

The clever conception of the house offers in summer enough sun and shade. In autumn / winter, the low sun provides welcome warmth. This this apartment is an ideal place for an extended stay, even in the off season.

Exactly what we wanted

Our first time back to this wonderful part of Spain in 8 years and the location and accommodation was perfect. Hilde was a fantastic host and the apartment more than met our expectations and requirements in terms of facilities and the view across the Campo. Would recommend to anyone looking for a break in this area.

The property was as listed, very clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was just for us and although Hilde and her husband live in the other appartment, they leave you alone to enjoy your stay. Would thoroughly recommend this property, but you will need a car.

Fabulous stay in lovely property with own pool

We stayed for almost 6 weeks. Parking is right outside the apartment and a good size. The apartment has everything you need for long or short stays (full oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and outside gas BBQ and all were super clean as was the whole apartment. The pool and bathing area is absolutely fabulous and the views from the terrace and pool are awesome. Hilde was a wonderful host and left us alone but was available if needed. The location is just a couple of miles outside Ondara in the village of Sanet y Negrals and located on a hill so the views and sunsets over The Valley were amazing. It was also extremely quiet. No road noise. Sanet has a couple of bars, a small groceries shop, bakery/coffee shop for your morning bread, pharmacy, butchers, tobac and also a lovely community pool for those who want to do serious lengths, all within easy walking distance. We absolutely loved our time here and hope to be back again. Thank you Hilde for making us feel so welcome.

Radurlaub

Wir hatten hier zwei schöne Wochen über den Jahreswechsel. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und für Selbstversorger prima ausgestattet. Das Bad ist ganz neu und schön und die Dusche geräumig. Den Pool haben wir nicht ausprobiert, es war ja Winter. Dennoch konnte man bei gutem Wetter auf der Terrasse den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Hilde ist wirklich gastfreundlich und unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar. Mit dem Auto kann man in wenigen Minuten in die Berge oder ans Meer oder zum Einkaufen fahren. Eine superschöne Gegend zum Radfahren.

vacances très reposantes

nous avons loué la maison pour 2 semaines et nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances. la région est magnifique il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter. la maison est très agréable tout le nécessaire s y trouve elle est très bien située et au calme. la vue depuis la terrasse est incroyable. la piscine et la vue sont les points forts de la maison. allez y sans hésiter Hilde est une hotesse très sympathique très accessible nous avons passé un très bon séjour .

Ein toller Rückzugsort

Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit in dieser tollen und ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Pool ist wunderschön, die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und auch sonst hat uns nichts gefehlt. Ein toller Ort um die Costa Blanca zu erkunden. Un vrai bonheur!

Tout était parfait! Le logement est très agréable, bien équipé et très bien situé sur les collines. L'environnement est calme et paisible et la vue est magnifique! Schöner Aufenthalt mit toller Aussicht

Toller Blick in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung stimmt mit den Angaben des Inserats komplett überein, ist sehr sauber und prima ausgestattet. Vom Pool und der schattigen Terrasse bietet sich ein wunderschöner Blick ins Gironatal. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes, mit dem Auto erreicht man dennoch binnen 10 Minuten weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Autobahn. Perfekt, um einerseits am Pool zu entspannen und andererseits die Umgebung zu erkunden. Hilde hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Urlaub in Sanet y Negrals

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sauberen und geräumigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool, ein nahe gelegener Strand und einige Ausflüge in die Umgebung (v.a. Dénia & Altea) waren genau das Richtige für unseren fast 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt zu dritt. Wir können die Wohnung von Hilde und Manfred uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. CASA ACOGEDORA

Casa funcional, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Aun compartiendo la casa con los propietarios, Hilde y su marido, prácticamente ni les vimos. Disfrutamos de la piscina y del pequeño jardín sin ningún problema.´ Las vistas son muy bonitas, hacia la montaña, lo que hace que no haga un excesivo calor. La distribución de la casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos. El salón es amplio y da a un porche que tiene una mesa hermosa, donde disfrutamos de todas las comidas al aire libre. El pueblo de Sanet y Negrals está a 10 minutos andando y tiene bares, una pequeña tienda y estanco. A unos 10 km hay un centro comercial. La verdad es que hemos estado muy a gusto y lo recomendamos sin ningún problema. Gracias por todo Hilde. Ha sido un placer

Havre de paix

Suite à notre séjour de 18 jours chez Hilde et Manfred ,voici le retour que je puisse faire. L'intérieur de l'appartement est moderne, très propre et fonctionnel. Concernant l'extérieur , il ne manque pas grand chose. Quelques petits aménagements seraient à prévoir pour optimiser l'accueil . L'emplacement du logement est situé en bas d'un lotissement constitué de peu de maisons. Vous n'aurez pas de nuisance sonore , ni visuelle. Vous ne pourrez qu'apprécier le calme et la beauté du ciel . Concernant l'accueil , Hilde est très disponible. Elle est à votre écoute, bienveillante et très souriante. Tout problème rencontré est aussi vite réglé. Je recommande fortement cette location pour vos prochaines vacances.

Un très bon accueil sympathique. Appartement très fonctionnel, parfaitement équipé, clair et calme. Une vue dégagée exceptionnelle sur les montagnes. L'appartement est très bien situé avec un très grand centre commercial à quelques kilomètres et le centre ville de Denia à 7 km en voiture. Ne pas hésiter à poser des questions à Hilde qui est très présente. Très pratique pour tous, la communication peut se faire en allemand en anglais ou en espagnol.

Wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten mal hier und wieder hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Und wieder haben wir eine sehr saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top! Der Ort ist perfekt um Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden und dennoch ist es nicht weit zu den herrlichen Stränden und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Überwintern inmitten der Orangenplantagen

Wir waren von Mitte Januar bis Mitte April in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung entsprach in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung. Sie ist gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen 3 monatigen Aufenthalt im spanischen Winter braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der große Außengrill, der viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Der Blick von der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer auf die Orangenplantagen ist wunderschön. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und Naturliebhaber kommen bei der Lage am Berg voll auf ihre Kosten. Im Nachbarort Beniarbeig gibt es mehrere spanische Lokale und ein Wochenmarkt, beides haben wir regelmäßig besucht. Die Vermieter Hilde und Manni sind diskret und unaufdringlich, jedoch immer da, wen man Unterstützung braucht. Sie haben viele, wertvolle Tipps die Umgebung betreffend und wissen immer einen Rat. Sie sind einfach nett, Nachbarn, wie man sie zu Hause gern hätte.... Wir würden jeden, der Spanien am Rande den großen Tourismus kennenlernen möchte, empfehlen, dort Urlaub zu machen.

Wunderbar, zu 120% Weiterempfehlung

Wir waren im August 2018 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Alter von 11 Jahren in der FeWo bei Hilde und Manfred. Bereits die erste Kontaktaufnahme inkl. Wegbeschreibung und der Eindruck vor Ort waren perfekt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr sauber sowie in einem tadellosen Zustand. Hilde und Manfred sind für eine Auskunft oder auch nur ein nettes Gespräch immer zu haben und konnten uns bei allen Themen weiterhelfen und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Sanet y Negrals liegt ruhig und doch sehr zentral für Ausflüge rund um Denia. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und haben in 2 Wochen sowohl ruhige Tage am sehr schönen Pool als auch an den Stränden zum Baden und Schnorcheln und beim Wandern am Montgo verbracht. Alles in allem wurden unsere Erwartungen erfüllt bzw. übertroffen und wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Entschleunigung pur!

Entschleunigung pur! Wir waren in den ersten 2 Wochen im August in Sanet und sind bereits in den ersten 2 Tagen völlig vom Alltagsstress befreit worden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und wird von Manni und Hilde wirklich gut betreut. Die Fotos und Angaben entsprechen der Realität und es gab keine bösen Überraschungen - ganz im Gegenteil. Wenn wir mal wieder in den Norden der Costa Blanca kommen, dann sicher zu den Vinkens!

Perfekter, erholsamer Urlaub

Wir verbrachten drei sehr schöne Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung entsprach voll und ganz den Angaben im Inserat. Es fehlt nichts. Ganz besonders hervorheben können wir die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Rand des Örtchens Sanet. Zu Fuß braucht man keine 10 Minuten in den Ortskern. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf der Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick über das Gironatal und unsere Zeit am Pool. Die wunderbaren Strände sind mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter Hilde und Manni sind sehr darauf bedacht, dass dem Urlauber nichts fehlt und alles in Ordnung ist. Sie verhalten sich sehr diskret, so dass man das Gefühl hat alleine auf dem Grundstück zu sein. Dennoch sind sie bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wirklich sehr schöne Zeit bei euch. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Liebe Grüße Geli und Robert

Fijn overwinteren in Sanet

Het was weer heerlijk om in dit prachtige appartement te overwinteren. Alles was weer spic en span in orde en uiteraard heel gezellig met Hilde en Manfred ( de eigenaars). Dit jaar viel het weer wat tegen ( veel water en zelfs een dag sneeuw) maar we hebben ons weer prima vermaakt op deze fantastische locatie. 's Morgens heerlijk ontbijten op het terras en overdag wandelen in de omgeving of op het strand. We zien er alweer naar uit dat we ook dit jaar weer naar Sanet gaan en ook naar het appartement in Piles aan het strand.

Wunderschöner, ruhiger Urlaub im Grünem!

Wir waren Anfang Oktober für eine Woche in Sanet y Negrals, und fanden eine sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem Drum und Dran vor, was uns sehr gefreut hat! Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und hat eine ideale Aufteilung, verfügt zudem über Waschmaschine, großen Gefrierschrank, Rolläden (für uns sehr wichtig), und vielen weiteren Details. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und stets bemüht uns bei Rückfragen zu helfen! Unsere anfängliche Bedenken bezüglich der Lage haben sich nicht bestätigt, denn es ist alles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Auto in 8 min, die Strände in ca. 15 min. Die Lage ist traumhaft und sehr ruhig, schon nach kurzer Zeit ist man "angekommen". Wir können das Domizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden selbst jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren Mitte Juni für eine Woche bei Fam. Vinken und hatten in dieser Woche einen tollen, ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub um den Aku wieder auf zu tanken. Für uns der ideale Urlaub, Ruhe eine tolle Umgebung und alles was das Herz begehrt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ob zum Strand, Golfplatz oder in die Berge alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, hell und gemütlich. Ein Highlight ist der tolle große Grill. Vielen Dank Hilde und Manni das eure Gäste ihn benutzen dürfen. Wir haben es sehr genossen am Pool unter den großen Oleandersträuchern zu liegen und einfach die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen . Liebe Grüße Simone und Andreas
