HAS THREE TERRACES, ONE THAT GIVES TO THE SWIMMING POOL, OTHER IN THE BACK THAT GIVES A FIELD OF ORANGES AND ONE IN THE BROWN ROOM THAT GIVES TO THE COMMON PATIO. THERE IS A TOILET IN THE FLOOR BELOW AND A FULL BATH IN THE SUPERIOR. There are built-in wardrobes. THE AIR CONDITIONING IS ALREADY ON THE GROUND FLOOR AS IN THE HIGH. THERE ARE GARDEN AND TUMBON FURNITURE.

Très belle semaine

Appartement et copropriétés très agréables. Propriétaires très prévenants avec petit cadeau d'accueil mêlant utile (produit de vaisselle) et agréable (bouteille de vin et huile d'olive). L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il ne manque, à vrai dire, qu'un four standard dont on sait finalement se passer. En cette période de forte chaleur, la climatisation a été plus que bien venue pour la nuit. La copropriété est très bien entretenue et la piscine est très belle et relativement grande. Seul tout petit bémol, l'interdiction de faire des barbecues. L'environnement est calme, les commerces assez proches et la plage à 10 min de marche.

Pésima limpieza

La casa esta bien, es acogedora y cómoda, aunque necesita un repaso de mantenimiento y sobre todo de limpieza. Tuvimos que emplear la tarde del día que entramos en limpiar la nevera incluido el congelador porque no se había limpiado y fregar el menaje de cocina que estaban muy sucios, pero antes tuvimos que ir a comprar productos de limpieza porque no había ni lo de cortesía. Íbamos buscando tranquilidad, pero los grupos de jóvenes que hay en la pequeña urbanización nos lo pusieron difícil, sobre todo por la noche .

Hola Antonio. Agradecerte tu comentario porque nos permite mejorar nuestros servicios. Lamentamos que la limpieza de la casa no cumpliera vuestras expectativas. De habérnoslo comunicado esa misma tarde, el personal que la limpia lo habría resuelto. Normalmente dejamos productos de limpieza, desconocemos por qué no estaban. Estaremos más atentos. Respecto a la tranquilidad, en la urbanización hay unas normas de convivencias. En general es una urbanización muy tranquila, así lo muestran los numerosos comentarios que se realizan en esa línea. Si hubo incumplimiento de la normativa y nos lo hubieras comunicado nos hubiésemos puesto en contacto con el administrador para resolver la situación. Sentimos los inconvenientes y tus sugerencias serán tenidas en cuenta. Muchas gracias.

Lovely complex.

Very nice apartment lovely quiet complex. About 6 mins walk to long sandy beaches and a few restaurants and bars, about 30 mins walk into the town centre. They only supply sheets and towles at a cost of 15euro which was expencive on top of house rental. Also it would be better to have more then one set of keys, this was inconvient at times as we were a group of 5 adults.

We were in the bungalow for the three weeks in the July 2014. We like the great bungalow and garden, swimming pool, a beach not far from the bungalow. The advantages are also the 2 condition inside the bungalow. The owners are friendly and courtesy. Hardly recommend!

Seit über 10 Jahren fahre...

Seit über 10 Jahren fahre ich jedes Jahr im Herbst mit meinen Kindern nach Spanien in die Ferien. Nun, zum ersten mal war alles perfekt und das zu einem TopPreis. Alles Wichtige ist in der Nähe, schöne, überschaubare, lebendige Stadt, schöner Strand, schöne Anlage, praktisches Haus in dem alles funktioniert und sauber ist, in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung.

The property is in a very quiet urbanization with direct access to gardens and swimming pools. To the beach you can walk and to the town too. The beaches have all the services and is of fine sand. You can practice all the sea sports, sailing, diving, etc.

The best, the garden in the afternoon and at night. A 10 minute walk from the center of Denia so you can leave your car at your doorstep. There is also public transport
