Lovely!

All as advertised. Extremely well equipped and lovely setting. We were there in August and it was very hot at night but fans were provided. Short walk to the beach so we didn’t use the pool (it was busy the couple of times we went) but it looked nice. The outside furniture was lovely and it is a very relaxing place to be.

Winter stay

We stayed from mid-February to mid-March. The weather was mainly cold for the first two weeks so we made good use of the open fire in the living room. The weather was much warmer for the final two weeks and we were able to enjoy the outdoor sitting areas and barbecue. The house is lovely and is well-located for walks along the GR92 coastal path. We took our electric bikes and explored the quiet backroads through the olive groves — all easily accessible from the house.

Es ist genauso wie beschrieben. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin Vorort ist bestens. Wir hatten auch beim zweiten Aufenthalt eine wunderschöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Spacieux, bien équpé. La climatisation serait un plus ainsi que le passage des poubelles. Belles randonnées à faire et belle crique pour baignade à 100m. Reactivité rapide en cas de probleme de la part de l équipe de gérance. Nous avons passé un agreable séjour.

Une vitre peut se briser sous l’effet d’un coup de vent, cela peut arriver à tout le monde. Dans une telle situation, un vacancier a deux possibilités : soit il informe immédiatement son hôte, soit il se tait et espère ne plus en entendre parler après son départ. Vous appartenez clairement à la première catégorie, celle des personnes honnêtes, qui signalent un dommage sans attendre. Cela apporte un grand avantage non seulement au propriétaire, mais aussi aux vacanciers suivants. Je vous remercie chaleureusement pour votre franchise, également au nom des prochains hôtes. Il va de soi qu’une telle honnêteté mérite d’être reconnue : le dommage ne vous sera bien sûr pas facturé.

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Das Haus und das Grundstück haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Gegend ist sehr interessant und nicht touristisch, sodass man die Natur dort richtig genießen konnte. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und reibungslos. Wir wollten sogar gerne verlängern, aber „leider“ war das Haus schon ausgebucht.Alles in Allem hat es uns sehr gefallen, außer dass es im Haus doch etwas zu warm wurde, die Autobahn je nach Wind hörbar war und die Mücken haben genervt, aber dafür kann ja niemand was :)

Abschalten und Entspannung pur

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in der Villa Lucia, der Pool war klasse, das Haus schön nebst Gartenanlagen, wobei der Strandkorb und einiges in der Inneneinrichtung (TV) in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber das war nicht dramatisch. Etwas unvorbereitet waren wir, was die Mücken angeht und wir haben zudem eine Klimaanlage vermisst :) Die Deckenventilatoren und Netzvorhänge halfen nur bedingt, da war es dann auf jeden Fall super am Pool.

Beautiful Home and Setting

This was our last stop on a 3 week road trip. a great place to kick back and relax. Plan on eating on the upstairs terrace with a view of the ocean. Don't be surprised if the local black cat doesn't join you!!

Erholung pur!!

Ein wirklich TRAUMHAFTES Domizil. Liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Grosser Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten... unterm Olivenbaum, auf Liegestühlen und Hängematten. Für jeden was dabei... Fußläufig in einer Minute am Strand oder Gemeinschaftspool, weitere schöne Sandstrand- Buchten auch in maximal 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren zu sechst hier, hatten ausreichend Platz und genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt einen tollen Gasgrill auf eine die Terassen, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und neben zwei Bädern sogar eine Aussendusche. Auf dem Dach der Strandkorb - einmalig, vor allem der Blick direkt aufs Meer... Erholung pur!!

mooie omgeving met zeezicht

Mooie vakantiewoning met toegang tot een bijna privé strandje. Breng wel watersandalen mee voor de rotsen en zee-egels. De keuken is wat schaars voorzien van potten en bestek. Nette kamers, maar het sanitair heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Leuke dakterrassen om te genieten van zon of sterren. De nabij gelegen snelweg overstemd soms wel het geluid van de zee. Maar algemeen een zeer prettig woning en prachtige omgeving.

La mer était super et très proche de la maison , nous n’avons pas aimé la maison vieillotte , la télé et bcp de choses ne fonctionnaient pas correctement. A besoin d’entretien ! Les cousins très bruyants nous ont svp empêcher de dormir.

Un alojamiento muy completo, con todos sus accesorios posibles en la casa, zona muy tranquila, piscina para refrescarse muy tranquila y muchos espacios en la casa para relajarse tomando el sol o echado al fresco. Muy recomendable!

Villa Lucia recomendable

La casa se ajusta completamente a las características descritas en el anuncio. Cuando llegamos estaba limpia y ordenada, y Jordi (la persona de contacto) la verdad es que respondia enseguida cualquier duda. La casa está apartada por lo que es muy tranquila, y muy cerca del camí de ronda que une l'Ampolla y l'Ametlla. Recomendable!!

Buen lugar para pasar unos dias en familia.

Fuimos en invierno y nos gusto la chimenea. La casa es un poco fría, pero con calefacción mejoraría muchíssimo. Nos encanto el entorno y la tranquilidad del lugar. Recomemdable para desconectar 3 dias. La casa esta muy equipada en todo lo se refiere a cocina. Lo malo, los malos olores procedentes de las tuberias del baño en la planta inferior. No hay nada perfecto, pero hay muchas cosas que se podrían mejorar.

Wundschöne Woche mit der Familie

Sehr schönes, grozügiges Haus mit insbesondere gepflegtem, großem Garten. Auch gut für Kinder, die sich dort sehr wohlfühlen. Der Strand direkt am Haus ist leider etwas felsig, Illot de l'Aliga ist aber traumaft!

Molt recomanable

Una casa formidable amb múltiples racons (exteriors i interiors) per descansar, llegir, fer àpats i compartir moments de grup..., i una dutxa exterior molt pràctica. Molt espaiosa i ben equipada. Molt a prop del mar, hi arriba la marinada i la remor de les onades, i permet accedir a cales a peu en molt pocs minuts. L'accés al GR, des d'on es poden fer excursions aptes per a moltes edats i condicions al llarg de la costa, també és immediat. En cotxe, és proper a moltes platges (l'Ametlla, l'Ampolla, Delta de l'Ebre i zones d'interior). El tracte tant amb els propietaris com amb els responsables de la recepció ha estat molt diàfan i amable, i la informació impecable. Un molt bon lloc per a unes vacances. L'accés a la piscina compartida és senzill; la piscina és excessivament clorada i, segons els usuaris del moment, d'ambient sorollós; no convida a passar-hi gaire estona, però davant l'oferta de les cales i platges, no fa falta. Se sent el pas del tren, però és puntual i gens molest. Segons el vent, i sobretot de nit, arriba el soroll del trànsit de l'autopista, que pot resultar una mica més enutjós, tot i que no excessivament.

Me permito señalar que siempre es posible enviar fotos vía WhatsApp al propietario al inicio de las vacaciones y solicitar una limpieza posterior. Esto nos da una oportunidad mucho mayor de hacerlo mejor la próxima vez, porque no sólo sabemos que algo se ha limpiado mal, sino que sabemos exactamente en qué áreas tenemos que trabajar con más cuidado.

Erholung pur!!!

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Monate in diesem Haus verbracht (Jan. und Febr.) und alles gefunden was wir uns von unserer „Überwinterung“ erhofft hatten. Ein schönes Haus, viel Platz, alle erforderlichen Einrichtungen, Ruhe und Entspannung. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. L‘Ametlla ist schnell zu erreichen, viele schöne Badebuchten und Wanderwege lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Das Haus ist daher auch für Langzeiturlauber bestens geeignet.
