Une petite pépite touristique. A ne pas manquer.

A toucher « la Route du Roy » (la Nationale 10) à l'orée de Versailles, 45 m² qui font plus que leur taille, avec une petite terrasse extérieure, vous attendent à 650 mètres de la gare SNCF « Viroflay Rive Gauche » (Transilien, ligne N), et des commerces, en lisière de la forêt domaniale de Meudon. L'appartement est du type « open deck » facilitant les allers et venues entre pièce à vivre avec canapé-lit de belle facture, coin cuisine équipée dans le goût du 21ème siècle, chambre à lit double et rangements bienvenus, avec une seconde sortie sur la terrasse, vaste salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne. Normes handicapées. Une place de parking au deuxième sous-sol de la résidence sécurise votre automobile. Accès plus ou moins aisé selon la taille du véhicule ou la dextérité du conducteur. A pied, départ de moult excursions, forestières (le Bois de Meudon) ou historiques (entre autres : le Parc du Domaine de Madame Elisabeth, sœur du roi Louis XVI, côté versaillais). Le centre aquatique et de bien-être des Bertisettes, les Tennis municipaux sont à moins de 200 mètres. La forme garantie à la place de la Fête ! Le séjour gagne en couleurs.
