Living/dining room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional guests. Fully equipped open kitchen. 2 bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed. Separate toilet with washing machine. Bathroom with a 1x1 walk-in shower. Terrace covered by a pergola, barbecue. Enclosed 400 m² lot on an unfenced property with parking to be shared with a cottage located next door. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are optional (a cleaning deposit is required upon arrival). The cottage is accessible to guests with limited mobility. The cottage now features a "Dolce Gusto" capsule coffee machine.
