It's Tiki Time! Enjoy the lap of luxury with high end everything at this gorgeous 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath custom home located just ten minutes from the Anna Maria Island beaches. A few of the many features of this home include Tiki bar with grill, lavish shower, gorgeous kitchen with high-end fridge, dual ovens and water filtration system and a backyard tropical oasis which makes you feel like you have your own private resort!

Upon entering Tiki Time you will be greeted by the open and spacious living room with dry bar, 65" smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Through the living room you come upon the fully stocked kitchen with all high end appliances, plenty of counter space and an island with stools for lounging, snacking and chatting. Through the kitchen is the charming formal dining room with a large dining table spacious enough to seat at least 10 comfortably. Wander out the back door to the beautiful backyard oasis with paver pool deck, heated pool, Tiki bar with outdoor kitchen, chaise loungers, fire pit, corn hole and tropical landscaping. You may never want to leave this oasis, but when you do the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island are less than 5 miles away!

Retreat to the second floor at night and you will find 4 beautiful bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a king bed and smart TV, walk in closet, and attached bathroom with a luxurious shower with multiple shower heads. Another guest bathroom in the hall offers a rain shower head and a large double sink. The closest bedroom to the right is the boat room with a queen size bed a smart TV, and plenty of closet space. Next is the second guest bedroom with a beachy vibe, a desk, a queen size bed and a smart TV. Last but not least you will find another spacious bedroom with two full over full bunk beds which have trundles below for additional sleeping arrangements.

This magnificent home is located on a quiet, dead-end street with many young families. The street leads out to Palma Sola Blvd which follows along the water connecting Manatee Ave and Cortez Rd, the two main roads leading to Anna Maria Island. There are beautiful nearby nature preserves and trails for hiking and access to biking, kayaking and more. Tiki Time is the perfect home base for exploring all of the restaurants, activities, beaches and beauty the Sarasota/Bradenton area has to offer.

*Please note, garage is not available for guests. No more than 4 vehicles allowed.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Palma Sola is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

We loved it here! The house was exactly as pictured and was very clean and comfortable. It was in a cute neighborhood, on a quiet street. The area was easy to navigate and it was a short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location with a Home-like feel

My family had a wonderful stay at the Tiki Time residence. The pool area, gardens, and Tiki/BBQ bar were perfect for fun and relaxation. My brother's favorite spot was on the comfortable couch watching the Olympics on the big-screen TV. Overall, it was an A+ experience.

The house was huge! Super clean. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood within minutes of restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every single day!

Our stay…

The Kitchen supply: Dishes , coffee cups, silverware, baking dishes, big bowls, serving dishes, platters, etc. needs to be expanded. You are able to sleep up to 12 people! Supply accordingly. Gets really warm in the bedrooms, should supply standing fans in each room. Could really use another full bathroom but thats not to doable. For the size of house and amount of people to be able to stay there it does beed 3 full bathrooms. Overall tho, a great place to enjoy with family or friends! The pool was awesome! Backyard area wonderful. House is roomy and enough furniture. And having TV’s in every bedroom …perfect. We all said .. and there were 8 adults .. would stay there again! My daughters travel alot and use Vrbo’s most every trip and they said this house was one of the favorites and on the top of the list.

Blast in Bradenton

Very much enjoyed our stay. Communication was via email but was timely. Very clean with beautiful outdoor space. Would highly recommend with the following minor adjustments: 1) Warn guests that patio door alarms need to be disarmed when trying to get to the pool for the first time. I understand this is Florida law...but we are not from Florida! 2) Pool was actually a little too warm. Perhaps some guidance on how to add fresh cold water to replace that which has evaporated in the hot sun. 3) Turned down the bedroom thermostat to 70 but it seemed to turn off inexplicably during the night. We sometimes felt too warm during the night. 4) Slow drain in master bathroom. 5) Need more trash bags for longer stays. 6) Lawn care crew came 1 afternoon unannounced. A LOT of noise (trimming shrubs, leaf blowing, etc) while we were trying to enjoy the pool. No doubt this is a service that comes weekly but wouldn't have a minded a "heads up". Again these are all minor issues for which slightly better communication might have been in order. But still...5 out of 5 stars!

Adequate accommodations

Accommodated 9 just fine; wouldn’t want more than that with just 2.5 bathrooms. And that maxes out beds. Plenty of general seating and generally comfortable. However, the property just isn’t maintained. The entire house needs a good coat of paint inside. Our uncle found bed legs in guest closet and repaired the guest bed because it squeaked so badly. We attempted to plunge the guest shower that drains super slowly but the plunger wasn’t sufficient. We put out previous renter’s garbage only to have crows pull apart the bags. The pool wasn’t swimmable, but management got on it right away and pool co. came nearly daily to get it up to standards so we definitely were able to swim. However, we began cleaning the moment we got there - countertops had pizza sauce and coffee stains and crumbs. Under cabinets we had to sweep up and back pool area was just left amuck, not to mention unaesthetically pleasing. (Dead plants, hose on and out, weeds, go through junky/moldy pool toys, pull bean bags out of bushes, clean up beer caps) Point being, good cleaning crews are almost nil in this business. Management CO’s know this, so I don’t understand why they don’t send someone to regularly (as In at least monthly) to do common-sense and pride-in-ownsership maintenance. Was this property fine? Yes. Because we’re ok cleaning up other’s messes so we can enjoy our stay, it was fine and we made good memories, but it’s definitely not 5 star. A solid 3.75 is accurate.

We are very sorry to read this unfavorable review of Tiki Time. As a management company we do send our inspectors to thoroughly check each property before a new guest checks in. Tiki Time is a large property and people tend to bring the entire family and have a great time there. Some guests do not take the time to pick up the cornhole bags and beer caps. Unfortunately our inspector could not make it to the property on time because this guest checked in over 2 hours earlier than the standard check in time. The guest only alerted us to an issue with the pool being cloudy when they arrived early to the property. We immediately sent the pool company to clean and test the pool and they came daily to continue to service the pool. Had we be been notified of any of the cleanliness issues we certainly would have sent a cleaning crew to take care of everything that our inspector was unable to check earlier that day. We want to assure future guests that this was not the usual experience which can be seen by previous guests 5 star reviews.

We loved the location and beautiful property of this rental. Check in was easy, communication was great, and we had tons of fun. There are definitely updates that could be made: paint, loose doorknobs, chips here and there, broken tiles, etc. It would have been nice to have garbage cans with better lids or stored in the garage where the raccoons couldn't get to them. Drive to the beach was a quick, easy drive. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome bachelorette party spot

Everything was great, the only thing was there are a few things you’re going to need. (Garbage bags, salt, liquid soap, dishwasher pods- if you’re going to do more than a load of wash.) Pool is awesome, tiki bar is so fun, and the house is kept at a comfortable temperature in the heat.

Amazing family friendly home!

Very nice home. The decor was gorgeous. Pool and pool area were perfect! Plenty of space. We have a large family so space is important. Location was on point- close to everything. My only complaint was the day we arrived the outside trash was overflowing so we spent days picking up the trash that kept falling out until trash pick up day which was a little annoying. Also forcing us to keep our trash in the garage. But we would recommend booking this house-you will have a good time.
