Great location near beaches galore!

Lots of space-great amenities. Loved that the host offered to use their beach items-that was extremely kind! Manatees are fun to watch just down the road at portosueno park. Location is close to numerous beaches-AMI, Siesta Key etc. We enjoyed out stay!

Our family of 12 and 2 pups were happy with the space. Plenty of room to spread out, and also enjoy the togetherness. We had a few minor issues, but the host was quick to respond and made sure to followup. Loved the large fenced backyard!

We had to book this house last minute after our rental on Anna Marie Island was cancelled d/t hurricane damage. It was such a blessing. Great house for entertaining. Great communication with management company. The kitchen was vey well stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again.

House was roomy. Loved that there were 2 refrigerators and two ovens. Didn’t like the metal bed frames-lots of stubbed toes. Area still recovering from the hurricane, so we appreciated the quick fix. Still needed a few repairs. Kids totally loved it. Would consider it again

We stayed for 4 nights for a family vacay. Beautiful home, lots of room for everyone to sleep (we had 12). Lots of space to hang, many decks, gorgeous views, nice game room, pool/hot-tub were great. We had a little trouble with code on door for check-in and working stovetop (induction); but after reaching out to host all worked out fine. Close to beaches/restaurants on AMI, Siesta Key, St Armand’s, etc. We will definitely keep this for a return trip! ☀️🏖️

Clean, comfortable home, easy ride to AMI

This home was nice. Lots of room. Comfortable beds. nice kitchen amenities. Clean! Outside pool area, really could use some new furniture and landscape maintenance. I was surprised by the overall lack of attention to this area. The pool is beautiful but can’t be completely enjoyed without a comfortable chair to sit in. Hot tub was dirty, cold and full of soapy detergent. Called host, who sent the pool man the next day, but honestly it was unusable even after his visit.

Spacious but not what we expected overall.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. The host was very kind and responded quickly. A few things that did not meet our expectations were the comfort of the beds and overall cleanliness. Every single person commented that their bed was not comfy and they did not sleep well. All beds were used including the bunk beds that made awful creaking sounds. When we lost items and had to check the sofa and under furniture it was dirty and dust everywhere.

Nice getaway

House was as pictured, plenty of room for all the family that came with us. We particularly liked the separation the house allowed with a bedroom/bathroom/living space on the lower level. Perfect for in-laws or older siblings who want a bit of privacy. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Check in code didn't initially work, but host was on it immediately and only took a minute or 2 to get us a new code. We are a "take your shoes off in the house" family, the floors were a bit dirty for my liking but we found a Swiffer on the property and were able to give the floors a quick once over. There's a cute little marina down the road that we walked to every day, it was filled with manatee's and the beach was just a quick car ride. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
