Clean property, fenced in backyard was perfect for our pup. However the property is on a busy DANGEROUS street. During our stay 2 vehicles drove by shooting weapons. Down the road is the fire department and they are busy. The property was wonderful outside of the noise.

The street can become busy as there is a school in the vicinity. The neighborhood is friendly and walkable . Children and parents often walk to and from school. As far as people shooting in the area I am just hearing about this and the neighbors said they did not see or hear anything?
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Owner was incredibly responsive with a very clean property with plenty of space! Would stay here again for sure!

Thank you Nancy for choosing our home. We would love to host you and your family again.
The house had everything we needed, well equipped. It was very clean and had a lot of extras like spices and basic supplies. The host was very quick to respond to any of our questions and was very polite. We enjoyed our stay. We were able to have both of our sons and our new DIL stay all in one place, which made it very convenient.
We really enjoyed this property. It had plenty of space, was incredibly clean, and the owner was very responsive to communication. We especially enjoyed the patio with fireplace in the backyard.
The house is located in a great neighborhood centrally located in Clarksville and close enough to drive to Nashville. The owner was great and very communicative. This home helped make our girls' celebratory weekend unforgettable!

Susan and her guest were a joy to host. They respected the home and followed all the rules.
This is an older home, but very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Had a moving truck and was able to park it across the street in a church parking lot with no problem. Would definitely stay again!
We were in town for a dirt racing event. House was nice and served its purpose. 6 people slept comfortably. Plenty of amenities although we didn’t use many. Highly recommend!
We rented this lovely house for my daughters birthday celebration. It had plenty of space for everyone! We had 10 people there. The firepit out back was so cute! i wish we could've used it but it was raining. The foosball table and games was fun! House was clean, location was great, hosts were awesome!
Absolutely a wonderful home well maintained and clean! Only Very minor gripe would be the neighbor late night noise but that is Not this rental property's issue. Really happy and hope to stay here again!
The house was accurately described, well stocked and furnished, and very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the busyness of the road at night. The traffic noise made it hard to sleep. Other than that, it was fantastic!
Overall, a good experience. This is a clean and serviceable property with an engaged property manager. The only drawback of significance is that the driveway is difficult to back out of due to traffic.
I really enjoyed my complete stay in this comfy home with my family for my son graduation. The host was detailed and welcoming. The only thing you need to bring is food and drinks to this house. If you like to cook they had this amazing seasoning spinner holder that I can't wait to buy for my home with all the spices you need. My kids loved it. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard because of time and weather. You can feel the love in this home. Highly recommend staying here. Again thank you so much
This property was beautiful and easy to care for. Necessities were provided like laundry soap, dish soap, towels... It was open and comfortable. Very nice when you have big boys who need room. The property was well cared for. We so enjoyed our stay. The owner was very gracious and hospitable. I would definitely stay there again. The location was convenient as well, near shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants (many good ones) and even Urgent Care center which I myself had to use. I would recommend this property and owner to anyone. The only thing missing in the house was a full-length mirror so I could make sure I looked okay. LOL. It was great! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

Very Clean and Comfortable
I stayed at this property with 4 other guys. We were attending an event in Clarksville. Pro's: House was very clean and well kept. No issues with something not working. The 2 1/2 baths was very nice for 5 guys. In the back yard is a fire pit with chairs and a fresh supply of wood. We were too busy to use it, but wish we would have had the time. Con's: The listing is a little off. It states one bedroom has bunk beds, another bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen and a twin. This is not true. The twin bed is actually a fold up twin bed in a closet that you have to put somewhere. I just slept on the couch which was good enough for me. The listing also states the driveway will fit 3 cars and not to park on the grass. Those 3 cars better be Mini-Coopers. You couldn't fit 2 pickup trucks in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk and we had 3 pickups. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. At around 10:00 PM I went outside to witness a guy in his underwear with a sign on him talking to himself. You cannot set the AC below 70 Degrees as there is a note that states if you set it below 70 Degrees the AC Unit will freeze up and won't work at all. As 5 guys spending all day out in the heat we would have preferred it a little cooler. With all of this being said, it wouldn't bother me to stay here again, especially now that I know what to truly expect.

Don and his guest took good care of our vacation rental. We have looked over the listing and it says one twin rollaway bed that is kept upstairs in the bunk bed closet2 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 comfortable couches. The twin rollaway bed can be taken downstairs with prior notice. Some guest set up the rollaway twin bed in the bunk bed room. or master bedroom. The driveway is a 3 vehicle driveway, however, if 3 extended cab trucks attempt to park, then yes the driveway will not accommodate them. The driveway does accommodate 3 SUV’s or 3 cars. As far as the neighborhood being sketchy we have lived in this neighborhood and owned this home for 27 years and have never had any issues. The neighborhood is a safe family oriented neighborhood. And if the thermostat is set below 70 degrees yes it have and will freeze the coils. There are ceiling fans throughout the home and a standing fan for the bunk bed room to assist in keeping the air circulating.
Check-in was easy. Accessing the property was easy as well. The cleaning product smell was a little overwhelming. I definitely want a clean property but the smell was a lot. Neighborhood was nice. 5 minute drive to a nice park and shopping. One bed was a little squeaky. Met expectations and we were very pleased. Stocked with everything we needed.
We had a great time ringing in the New Year at this accommodating and cozy spot. The owners are fast to communicate with any questions or concerns and made for perfect hosts. Would absolutely come again!
