Holiday Rental in the Heart of the Forêt d'Orient and Its Lakes In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, near the Vélovoie bike path, and 25 minutes from the city of Troyes, come stay in this cosy little cottage—perfect for a getaway as a couple, with family, or with friends. A second holiday rental, located just a few metres away, can accommodate up to 9 people; a shared garden is accessible via a gate. Tourist attractions: water sports, swimming, Nigloland. Forest, bike path, on-site fishing. Electric car charging stations are 300 metres away, and a children’s playground and fitness area are 450 metres away. TV with Disney+ access. On the ground floor, you’ll find an air-conditioned living area with a sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned double bedroom (160x200 cm bed) and a twin bedroom (two 90x190 cm beds). The exposed beams (160 cm high) have been highlighted to evoke the charm of older buildings. Outside, there is a private, enclosed garden of 400 m² (with a 45-cm-high wall at the front of the property) featuring: patio furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, a barbecue, a deck, a small garage for storing your bikes, and parking space for 2 vehicles or a caravan. Two standard bicycles are available free of charge, and two electric bicycles can be rented (€20 per day per bike) on-site from the owners, subject to availability. Included with every stay: bed linens and household linens (tea towels, placemats). Additional charges: bath towels (€5 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (€50), and heating/electricity (October through April). Dogs only allowed (no cats).
