About this property

Almost ski in ski out. kitty corner to slopes fireplace. Sleeps 2 adults.

This unique one bedroom one bathroom condo is a one and only in Schuss Village.
We are located next to the golf club house and the main Lodge where the base of the ski slopes are.
This is an upper unit with high ceilings.
You will have:
*A queen bed with a newer mattress in the bedroom.
*A newly renovated beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower
* A full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a stove with oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. This kitchen is a rarity in a one bedroom in Schuss Village. It is fully stocked with dishes pots and pans and some cooking spices that you may need.
* A washer and dryer which is also a rare feature in a one bedroom.
* A wood burning fireplace. Wood is NOT provided but can be purchased locally.
* A pool pass to enjoy the pool and hot tub just across
the street. This is a seasonal pool open Summer and winter.
*pool closures are out of our control and we cannot refund for pool closures. This does not happen often*
* A private locked ski/ golf club locker.
We are 5 miles from Bellaire where there is a restaurant for everyone including Shorts Brewery.
30 miles to Traverse City or Petoskey. 15 minutes to Torch Lake. Ask me about other attractions in the area.
You won't find a more beautiful spot for fall colors!
Your rental includes a pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal) and the Lakeview indoor and out door pools and hot tubs. (Indoor open year around)

This condo is newly renovated throughout. You will not be disappointed. Will sleep 2 adults and a child.

Very nice condo for our short 2-night stay. The original condo booked was not available after all due to repairs, so Connie was gracious in providing even more spacious lodging which was lovely. I would stay here again!

Quiet and peaceful

It was the perfect getaway for our anniversary. Close to town and very peaceful. The patio was great to drink coffee and watch the sunset. The full kitchen was a nice feature and everything was provided to cook with. All the switches were labeled which was great!

Great visit! We stayed for just over a week. My wife and I both worked while there and appreciated the dedicated working space And great wifi Condo had everything we needed! Including laundry soap, dishwasher soap and fire wood!

Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.
