Stay in the heart of beautiful Old Historic St. Augustine. A leisurely 2 block stroll gets you to the plaza in the center of town. All of the finest restaurants, shops, and attractions are at your convenience. A 10 min drive gets you to the beach where we can provide beach chairs, umbrellas and parking right next to the beach. Other attractions such as the Ampitheater and Alligator Farm are a short drive. Walk to the downtown shopping district. Live it up! The nightlife is full of live music and bustling streets.

The property is within walking distance to historic St Augustine. We never got in our car except to drive over to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The unit was clean and in a very quite complex. Host was extremely nice.

Excellent location and amenities, very clean. Exactly like the photos. We stayed 3 nights for a wedding and we walked everywhere. It is on the second floor with no elevator but that helped exercise all the food and drinks we had. Excellent owner in Terri Would definitely rent again.

This home truly deserves 6 stars! The inside is beautiful and pristine—the huge shower and comfortable bedding were highlights for our group. We spent our mornings lounging in the living room and our evenings in the gorgeous dining room.The location is perfect for exploring. We loved being a short walk from the historic district’s shops and dining. I even found a great 2-mile loop for a walk-jog with water views and lovely homes. The host went above and beyond, even providing a full beach setup (chairs, umbrella, cart) for us. Responsive, helpful, and high-quality. We’ll be back!

So enjoyed our stay in downtown St Augustine! Was in town for work and always prefer a cozy VRBO to a hotel, especially when have my dog Archie with me. He doesn't like loud traffic noises, and the backyard area was perfect, also walked around the lake in the early mornings. Walked to local restaurant (French Pantry) and to my delight, you can also order from the sister Vietnamese restaurant next door if sit at the bar. Felt safe walking at night. Parking spot always a win for downtown. The layout of the condo is great, has everything you need and kitchen well equipped. Always appreciate a Keurig. Easy check in with code provided in advance. Location is walking distance to everything downtown, yet still quiet place to stay. Will be back.

Terri is a 5* host! The apartment is lovely, and quiet! Great location, had a wonderful time. Terri's welcome book was great, and her instructions all around were clear and easy to follow. We were in town for a wedding and the location of the condo couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to shopping, restaurants, bars to listen to live music. The condo is exactly what we expected from the online description and photos. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the back porch was great for morning coffee. Our host, Terri, was very responsive and extremely hospitable. She provided very clear directions for entry, parking, use of everything in the unit, and check out. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the area again.
