Peace and relaxation between Wismar and Boltenhagen

The cozy apartment is part of a holiday apartment complex in an absolutely quiet and relaxed location. With 57 square meters, the 2-room apartment offers enough space and space. It is extensively equipped and at ground level with a semi-covered terrace to the west, which invites you to relax and unwind. In the living room are table, 4 chairs, wall unit, new sofa bed, television, DVD radio combination and ceiling fan with remote control. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need on vacation and so dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (filter and capsule machine) and sufficient cutlery and crockery are available. A storage room offers l space for suitcases and other items.
Whether bathing or showering - the choice is yours. A tub, toilet and bidet are integrated.
In the bedroom there are 2 beds with comfortable spring mattresses, a large closet with 3 sliding doors, bedside tables with touch lamps and also a ceiling fan. The residential and holiday complex has many communal areas u. a. an outdoor sauna (for a fee) and a barbecue area. Use the barbecues there or bring your own (may only be turned on in this area). There is also a laundry room (for a fee), a table tennis room and a bicycle storage room and rental bikes. Anglers can use the filleting area and a central freezer in the basement. To the children's delight, there is also a large and well-tended playground in the complex. Cot / high chair can be rented (please specify when registering).
You can enjoy the beach in two ways: either natural or as a bathing beach with rentable beach chairs. The Baltic Sea also invites you to go fishing, kite and windsurfing. In the adjacent sports boat harbor you can launch your own boat and rent a berth if necessary.
You are in either Boltenhagen or Wismar in 20 minutes. This world cultural city creates the balancing act between antiquity and modernity in an excellent way and should not be left out as a destination. There are a wide variety of leisure activities such as the Wonnemar leisure pool, the Phantecknikum, a go-kart track, a cinema and numerous public playgrounds. In the old port you will find a variety of fishing cutters that offer fish for sale, the possibility of a harbor tour, or you can take the ferry from there to the island of Poel. You can reach Rostock, Schwerin or Lübeck in less than 1 hour via the motorway. A day trip to Hamburg is also an option.
