3-room apartment on the ground floor. Entrance, open kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Coffee maker CHICCO D'ORO. Cheese-fondue dishes available. Living/dining room with access to the garden. Room with French bed (140x200) and access to the garden. View of the mountains. Bath/toilet/sink. Double room (double bed with two single mattresses 2x90x200) with access to the garden, shower/toilet/sink. New furnishing. Garage. Shared laundry room and ski room. Pets are allowed.

Chesa Prüveda was built in 1994 in the Engadine style and is located outside of the village centre. Cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The cableway Corvatsch is in the neighbouring village Surlej. Busses run during the winter season every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Um höhere Schränke und Ablagen zu erreichen, wäre ein kleiner Hocker sehr hilfreich (für Personen mit 1,60 m Körpergröße).
Im Küchenbereich wäre eine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern vorteilhaft (Geschirr, Hände und Arbeitsflächen abtrocknen).
